One star for good location. One star is for good housekeeper; they did good job on clean the room. Room is small but its good for us. Reception are ok. But restaurant staffs are not friendly, especially those in suit. It is a buffet but they take times to refills. There are lots choices of breakfast around, recommend try foods outsides. Bring your own internet, this is a must.

Old hotel, poor breakfast, cleanliness to be desired.

This is a relatively old appearance of the sprinkler shop, but the room is comfortable, reasonable price. It is located opposite the station on of Kyoto, convenient transportation, 3-4 minutes to reach. There are underground channels leading to underground street Porta and Kyoto station on before the door of the sprinkler, and it will not be affected by rain and snow. Not far from the sprinkler is the Kyoto tower, there are also large electrical companies Yodobashi.

The hotel is located opposite kyoto station, so alot of facilities are easily accessible. The room for 3, is average, not alot of plug, there were only 2 and both are hard to access. Wifi is relatively slow. The Service is good though, and the cleaning staff is very friendly.

3 star for convenience as the hotel is literally across the street from JR station. The staff is also very friendly and accomating as well but the hotel room is very dirty. Water stains all over the bathroom and the mattress base had stains on it too. You can tell the hotel rooms are pretty old as all the edges and corners have rust and stains. Sleepable but just a little gross to look at in some areas. Forgot to add that the restaurants within the hotel are AMAZING.

Hotel room, although a little old, transportation super convenient, breakfast is good, bread is baked, taste first-class.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable though small. Overall it was a good experience.

The location is superb as it's right next to Kyoto station. The room itself is a little dated. You pay a premium price during Cherry Blossom season.

It's right next to the train station, it's easy to get around. If it is official, the basic hotel can be around to meet all the needs of life.

Good public transport, and clean room, but the front is not friendly. and room's insulation is too bad.

Great location
The rooms are a little small but acceptable. Good prices, staff prepared has no problems with English. Really excellent location, crossing the street with underpass you get to Kyoto station in two minutes.
Book in advance! The rooms run out quickly!

Need some renovation on hotel's room, however this hotel has a perfect location (across the street from Kyoto station). Easy access to transportation.

Decent 3 star hotel. Clean, no couches in the lobby where guests can wait for their taxi or whatever. Breakfast-wise, better is expected from a Japanese hotel. Of course, it is super clean.

Good location as it is right next to the train station, with room service being provided every day. Hot water works well too. However the rooms are a tad too small so be mentally prepared. The power points at the study desk were also at a awkward position. Lastly the Wi-Fi was pretty slow, so I gave up watching YouTube videos on my phone.

Room is pretty small, you can hear conversations on the corridor. Location is fantastic Service is good, we requested for more pillows and it was swiftly delivered.

Location opposite the Kyoto Railway bus stop, very convenient among next to the Kyoto Tower, good beautiful room clean, carpet clean, live three rooms have three beds, good comfortable, room should be refurbished, design simple 㵖, practical, will live again ☺

The hotel is just opposite to the Kyoto station. Very convenient location. Friendly staffs. Fast and easy check in and check out. Great room service. We left an empty water bottle little far from dustbin. When we came back it was not taken away. Then we found a note under it stating that they don't know what to do with the bottle.

Good service. Lots of foreigners. A/C can be a little weak.

Earlier book left Kyoto new Hankyu Hotel has 3 people bed rooms, 3 people have less room, escalating also found a long time to find this room … The hotel has a courteous staff, the check-out can also send luggage to the Osaka Hotel service, continue to facilitate our travel itinerary, the rooms are not too big but neat and tidy, the hotel has pajamas to replace the night quiet sleep comfortably, enough to accommodate-home 3 people, near Kyoto Tower Kyoto 烏丸御池駅 Station Convenient traffic, if the 2nd day to depart to Nara, Yu-Cured Nanshan Park … Kyoto New Hankyu Hotel is a good choice, and also close by are shopping malls, restaurants and so on … Come back next time.

A luxurious hotel right opposite Kyoto station. Great service and breakfast buffet. No complaints at all! Recommended if you're looking for stay options near the Kyoto station!

Terrible hotel. The room was small and not clean, bright light in the mornings and you can hear the street traffic. Staff are very unhelpful and the lobby is always busy. I would not recommend staying here, worst hotel I have stayed in the entire 2 weeks I've been in Japan.

Rooms are very comfortable and clean and a great location.

Really close to the Kyoto train station, so you can just walk out with your luggage and be there. Rooms are nice, and quite large by Japanese standards. Great staff, and they always have an English speaker at the frobt desk. Only downside is that it is on the pricey side of things.

Someone left their dirty socks in room 318, otherwise it's a great hotel for visitors. Great location, nice staff and big bathroom that actually has a tub.
