The space is comfortable and comfortable, the service is still pretty, although the bathroom is not new, but the degree of dry net is not good, there is a parking position, but the number is not enough, there is not too late to return to the hotel.

Rooms are clean and large, bathrooms are more exaggerated … There is also a steam bath, parking on the second floor can be less than a few steps to move.

There's almost no downside, maybe I picked up a cheap order penthouse suite, but I still think it's worth it. It's not far from the city center, and the bathrooms are large and the ovens have ovens. Humidifier Air Purifier I don't know what else to be picky about.

Excellent hotel with huge rooms. The family room fit 3 adults comfortably, with a raised TV (large flat-screen TV) area which included a sofa. The bathroom area is surprisingly enormous. There is a sitting shower, and a full-sized bathtub. However, there are no hooks for clothes within the bathroom area. Water pressure is excellent though. Those driving will find that parking spaces are ample, with a 2-level carpark within the hotel, and another small open air carpark just behind it. Breakfast is buffet style, with a wide variety of choices. Some items rotate, while others remain the same. Great value for 1100 yen. A bowl of udon is also available at the lobby between 9 pm to 11 pm if you get hungry. Overall, definitely a great experience here, and would likely come back again if in Obihiro.

Old hotel but large room. There’s even a sauna in my room! Room is clean but the bed is small given the size of the room. Breakfast just so so…

Close to city and station, room is clean and tidy.

Happy to have a vacation here in Hokkaido, however, Hotel Areaone Obihiro is the most disappointing hotel stay after 10 days in Hokkaido. GOOD: Wi-Fi connection is good, the flat screen TV is good, too. But all channel are Japanese. So, it's good for nothing BAD: The lobby is luggage unfriendly, you practically has to carry the luggage up the stairs, the staff is not helpful, they are not helping with the luggage at all. Luckily, we have a guy in our trip that can pickup our luggages up and down the stair. So, if you have someone using the wheelchair, you might want to think again. The room has no chair, limited power outlet, room are very old, bathroom is the worst of all, old, dirty, filthy, not place to hang your towel or clothing, bath tub is dirty, the bathroom give you a feel of the 50's. Remember to bring your own towel and pillow. The room smell bad. Carpet in the room are dirty and lot of stains. The breakfast is OK. I'll not give it a star, but there is no such option. So, I picked 1 star.

Hotel AreaOne. Nice cozy hotel. Value for money. Very new. Seems renovated. Free coffee & tea. Free Udon noddle for supper. 70yen discount to nearby day onsen where entrance fee is 440yen if you buy ticket from hotel reception desk. Free laundry machine at lobby; just buy 50yen laundry detergent from front desk. Very spacious room. Our room even has a sauna room & mini tub onsen shower area but may not be so for every room. Ours was a corner unit. Free parking too.

Nice hotel. Seems to be pretty new. Quiet, spacious room. Private bath with separate bath, dressing, toilet areas. Breakfast dining room with large selection of Japanese dishes to choose from. Six blocks from train station.

Very spacious room and new facilities. Highly recommend this hotel!
