I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very helpful, the attached izakaya has a great vibe, and has a lot of amenities to help you get to and from the slopes easily. Free breakfast in the morning, and shuttles to the mountains. Also near 2 great onsen. My only complaint is my room was really narrow and pretty chilly (though the rest of the rooms were pretty spacious). Definitely worth staying at.

Without a doubt the best ski lodge experience I have had. Exceptionally friendly, and wildly knowledgeable staff. Brilliant facilities, including great food 6 days if the week, massive drying room, and store room for gear. And to boot, it's on one of the best ski resorts with the most untouched powder you'll find without going back country! You'll also experience some divine sunsets while there! Moiwa Backcountry Lodge is not a lodge you can go wrong with, it is always going to be a good choice. 100% recommendation without falter.
