Very Convenient Hotel to stay and Suit for Skiing & Snowboarding. Best qualities that we are impressed are services teams. They always provide the best services to us every time we stay here. That’s why we stay in Aya niseko every year.

Clean and well furnished rooms, and great service. Unfortunately the onsen is small and doesn’t have a view of the nature outside.

Room partition Board like home comfortable comfortable, the outdoor hot springs can enjoy the snow views, large floor to ceiling Windows designed to let light spill into very bright.

Went for lunch, food was excellent and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back to try the other items in the menu.

A fantastic new fully furnished and appointed apartments. Wonderful views. Stunning rooms. If you want the best or a romantic relaxing getaway, look no further, you won't be disappointed.

I got a good deal on an apartment for my fiancee and myself and the room was gigantic. There's so much space and it's like staying in your rich friend's place instead of a hotel. Except when you get downstairs and the services really set this place apart. The ski valet is so handy to have when you've finished on the slopes. The walk to the first lift is really quite short, just up a little hill. Close walking distance to the middle of town so eating out is easy. I'll come back.

Generally average in Japanese standard. It’s an international hotel showing no Japanese hospitality. Most staff were foreigners. Front desk staff attitude was not friendly and not helpful. Room was above average and ambiance was good. Prefer to have a bathtub in room after skiing. Public onsen is available but small (opening hours were not as good as onsen ryokan). The worst thing is the checkout time which was 10am (never heard of) causing much inconvenience. Asked delay checkout for 1 hour but the staff was not helpful. Breakfast choice was soso and food not tasty ¥2000 per head.

The location is perfect with great rooms. Staffs are friendly but concierge service is useless. Do not expect 5 star hotel service for a 6 star premium price. Most concierge service is just lip service. For a few examples, we requested an extra bed in one of the rooms in the apartment we rented. There were email confirmation and was prepaid. The bed never showed up until we called the reception. The reception was clueless about the bed and wasn’t sure if it was still available. Luckily, at the end the extra futon bed was available. We booked a surprise birthday cake through email. We have an email confirmation. We only find the cake was canceled when we arrived. This is because we were flying in the plane and they called us for reconfirmation. Obviously, phone is unreachable while in the plane. They never mentioned about ordering a cake needs reconfirmation. Booking restaurants and catering through concierge can be easily lost. They even asked us to call directly ourselves since they have no clue on what they have booked for us. It is just poor management.

Aya niseko is excellent. Great rooms that are really clean. Excellent beds. Ski vallet and ski in ski out access is great with the family lift being 30m away. The staff also went out of there way to make everything great. Shout-out to Albert and Charlotte for being great. Only downside was the breakfast ¥2180 was a bit expensive for the poor quality buffet food they had there. Go down the road to green farm Cafe for a better breakfast for less. Hotel has a yoga studio in the building with many classes and a childcare centre.

Had a terrible experience at the spa — you can find better / cheaper anywhere else. Hotel might be nice (I wasn’t a guest), but avoid the spa.

Perfect place to stay ski in and out. Rooms are a great size for snow accommodation standards super modern and clean the staff are so friendly and helpful. The restaurant down stairs “Ginger” has fantastic food and drinks. Very child friendly kids played right out the front whilst we sat inside and watch from restaurant. Definitely stay you won’t be disappointed.

Ate/drank here on two separate occasions at Ginger. Friendly wait staff, comfortable seating and decent offerings. Would recommend for a quick stop before, during or after hitting the slopes.

Our first ski in ski out stay in Niseko. Excellent choice. Very helpful staff. Excellent facilities. The pick 3 bedroom apartment is which looks straight up the family run. We had which also faces the chairlift and still had fabulous views. We could watch the kids have snowball fights and go tobogganing from our apartment. Excellent for night skiing. Daily room restock. Just one TV and living area with Netflix available on TV so kids entertained with their usual viewing to wind down after a big day. Walking distance to Main Street restaurants and bars.
I would recommend Aya Niseko to anyone.

We were also here last year when it first opened. The rooms are still decent and location is still very good. Last year, breakfast was included. They had child care centre and yoga classes. This year, the above all appear to be absent. My wife was unwell a few nights ago. The hotel did not have a thermometer and could not tell us how to check her temperature that night. They did order a taxi for us to get to the hospital but we were pretty much on our own. For the price paid, the service should have been a bit more attentive hence 3 stars.

Excellent experience staying here. Super modern design and rooms. Ski valet gonna spoil me forever. Exceptional onsen. Super clean. Super friendly staff. Few steps away from the lift and ticket booth. Few rental shops close by. Excellent location for food. And rental return service is excellent that I don't have to bring the stuff back to the shop. One of a kind hotel. Would definitely go back again.

Right next to the family base of Hirafu area. Very nice staff with excellent service.

Love this hotel! Last night 4-year-old Wit was crying cos he has tummyache and needs to go to bathroom so badly but he was afraid of the Japanese automatic toilet. It has sound and small lit up light and he thought it sounds like a monster We had been here for 4 days and he absolutely refused to do his business. With no use in hoaxing and coaxing, I called the 24-hour hotel concierge for help if they had any baby potty They couldn’t find one and was so absolutely kind that he came up to the room and turned off the automatic toilet for us and taught us how to turn it on afterwards to flush. The baby had his relief and could sleep through the night. Mommy’s nightmare was over. Thank you so much AYA NISEKO! Recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Niseko. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Modern and well located. Great coffee.

New hotel at an excellent location.

The accommodations are nice but there are no fireplaces and the heating system does not auto regulate based on a thermostat so it is either too cold or too hot. Included buffet breakfast is wonderful. Their Utsuwa restaurant is eclectic and fun and the food is very creative. You can't beat the location of the Aya.

Great stay at aya the location and facility was excellent staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 6 night 7 day the breakfast was great but hot dull overtime we stayed because the menu was the same.
