Convenient stay for those who need to catch early flight, room are spacious. Good for those with few luggage as one can keep it on the trolley and able to move into the room. Best choice is level three for departure, morning breakfast at same level while required to walk a fair distance from domestic area to international area.

Location is great for an early morning flights, lots of shopping and family fun activities at the airport itself. The airport spa is great too. Only thing that needs improvement would be the breakfast quality.

Room was very quiet and comfortable but very hot. We had to open the window to cool the room to a comfortable temperature.

Very strategically placed hotel. Even though in the airport complex there was no noise inside the room. I could do a international teleconference where I needed to have absolute background noise reduction. The BF spread is good and is open at 6 am so is very important for those who have to catch early morning flights. Very professional front desk which was able to explain utilities in the hotel in clear terms in English.

The location is ideal, within the same airport, if you arrive or go to odd hours. The room is correct, with zero luxuries but clean. They give you tickets for the Onsen/Spa airport, which is nice and is large and varied. The breakfast was good too but without going over.

Clean room with a view. Very easy check and checkout. Free breakfast buffet was tasty and had many options. The onsen nearby is very worth going to. A great place to stay if you are traveling through New Chitose airport.

Welcome friendly service, most staff understand English. Welcome drinks. Awesome onsen with restaurant, very relaxing area could spend hours if you have time, duty free, chocolate shops, restaurants around the hotel, closed around 8 — 9 pm. Hotel Breakfast starts from 6am — 9:30am. Check in time 2pm check out 11am. Come early if you have nothing to do at the town. (near Chitose Station just not much you could do)

Last year we spent one night after arriving in Hokkaido. The hotel staff and accommodations were excellent. The breakfast was a great touch. The year before we went directly to Sapporo upon arrival which was hectic. It was so nice and relaxing at the Air Terminal Hotel with the onsen and a leisurely check out before going off to Otaru.

Rooms are clean and relatively spacious. Location is fantastic for families who want to relax before their flight with the excellent amenities of Chitose Airport. Wi-Fi is ok, android devices connect fast. But Apple devices need to try multiple times. Rooms come with heater and even a purifier/humidifier. No iron in the room for business travellers. Location is at the domestic terminal and can get pretty crowded when you're going shopping downstairs.

The room was large and clean. The point is not to rush to the airport the next day. And direct access to the Shopping Centre.

Awesome hotel. Environment was so nice. Rooms are quite large. Bathroom is too good. Inside the room, there is arrangements for nice music. In freeze there was water bottle also. The best view was the scene of runway at night and in the morning. The staffs were too helpful. Nicely decorated hotel. Thanks to Japan government for arranging such a royal stay there. They had a great breakfast lounge also.

Although not high rise due to being at the airport, it offers a nice view and also a view of the restaurant. Wi-Fi is strong and stable and is good for an overnight rest for the flight the next day.

The location is convenient (near arrival hall of airport, which is near to many other shops). The room itself is quite spacious and the bed is comfortable and clean. The staff there are friendly and approachable, and very helpful.

The hotel is very reminiscent of the Art Deco Style except for the rooms. The rooms themselves are a comfortable size, not too small or big but some may find it rather small. The bathroom has very little floor space but it contains the standard bathroom equipment. The hotel is pretty clean. Unfortunately I did not take any photos of the hotel.

Great experience. Will definitely stay here again if I need to fly out of Chitose next time. Allows us a leisure time to explore the airport which is packed with interesting shops and fantastic restaurants, as well as an easy time checking into my flight the following day.

The hotel is nothing spectacular. It's plus point is that it is located within the airport which is a great boon to parents travelling with young children. The food and souvenirs shopping within the airport is also great.

Convenient location for a late flight + overnight stay. Access from the domestic terminal. Room larger than expected with good standard. Windows are overlooking the runway, but there are no flights between ~12AM — 7AM. Even outside of those hours the noise is minimal (windows do a good job of isolating it). Buffet breakfast (both western and Japanese selection) ok, but nothing to write songs about. You get a ticket to an onsen located at the terminal, but I didn't get to use it (I was too tired in the evening and the onsen is closed in the morning between 8:30 and 10). It's a little difficult to rate hotels like this, as they serve a very specific purpose (being either getting some zzz's after a late flight or catching an early one). In this regard — it's perfect. Other than that, it's just a regular hotel with no major +/-.

Good place to spend the night before morning or afternoon flight. Can do last minute shopping at the shops in the International Terminal, have dinner at the restaurants there, and a good rest before the flight home. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast is not the best but OK. Hotel has an onsen at the end of the International Terminal.

Convenient if you have an early morning flight the next day. Plenty of shops at the airport to pass time. We had 2 rooms. 1 of them was very hot despite the aircon turned on. We even got the staff to open the window for us as it was too warm to sleep in. But the window can only be opened slightly. The room was still warm. But the other room was ok. The water heater for shower was a bit inconsistent as well. The water temperature wasn't constant.

If you have an early flight, it is better to stop for the night. For a couple of hours, you can buy local delicacies and Souvenirs.
