Stayed in a Japanese style room, room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Dinner was OK, but some of the buffet food were slightly cold.
No problems with this hotel. Location was great, close to the bus stop and the winter festival. Rooms were spacious and clean. Service was great, staff knew basic English. Public onsen was clean, outdoor area was small. A mobile phone was part of the room which was interesting. Also note that it's all uphill towards the ropeway.

Great view from our fairly spacious room. Close to several restaurants and the Ropeway to Mt. Kurodake. Reasonable price and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was mediocre but there isn't much open in town otherwise so I recommend you opt for it.
