The room we got would urgently need a renovation. We felt highly uncomfortable. On top of the old room, there were several details that could've needed a better cleaning. The location is great if you wanna go to Miyajima. Staff was friendly.

Very good location (right next to the ferry and JR station). Excellent service and good food. The rooms are very spacious and you can book with sea views. Includes activities for the little ones.

The location of the hotel is very good if you want to cross the island. The rooms are spacious with all the necessary amenities. The value is very good and includes the breakfast which is varied. The receptionist did not speak much English but still they are very friendly and try to help you.

Breakfast was a little weak. We didn't ask for it but got a sea side room. Location was perfect to catch a ferry.

Location is great and the staff is very friendly but it all pretty much ends there. A very outdated hotel and in our case, a non working air conditioner on a very warm evening made the sleep pretty awful. But, it's also super cheap so I guess the old addage, " you get what you pay for" rings true here. If you are staying for more than one night, just be aware that they do not clean rooms, but rather only give you new towels by hanging then on your door. Also, if you clean your room well before you leave, they'll give you a free bottle of water!? If you do plan to head to miyajima island, this hotel is less than 3 minutes from the ferry, and only about 10 minutes from the Miyajima station.

Cheap hotel, near the pier, but after 18:30 there are no people around the city, there is no spa in the hotel, no bar, no K bar, stuffy to death.

Excellent location to go to the island, the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, the attention is good and the average rooms.

Totally recomend it! The price is very good and though it's a bit old, it's clean and confortable and the staff is very kind. It's placed just next to the ferry, so it's perfect to visit Miyajima island on the early morning and avoid crowds.

The location is perfect, next to the ferry that goes to the island of Miyajima. It is somewhat old but well kept and comfortable. Breakfast is buffet with Japanese and Western food, it's nice.

Beautiful views from well appointed rooms. Fantastic banquet for our group of 20 served by friendly and helpful staff. I'll be back.

Great to have made it. Too bad the tide was no low enough for me to touch the Tori Gate.

Worst hotel i've seen in Japan, period. Breakfast selection half that of a budget business hotel. Dont even serve natto or fried vegetable for Japanese guests. No scrambled eggs. No extra bedding in room, yet quilt is so thin its for summer use only. You'll freeze unless you keep the heater on 24c at night. The purpose is to let you leave a. S. A. P. So the next group of island tourists can be ripped off.

He put us in a smoking room when we are not, but the evening meal and phew.

Good location to ferry, with comfy bed, free parking and breakfast.

Close to the seaport to go to the Shinto shrine of ITSUKUSHIMA.
In a restaurant, you can eat oysters, good!

It is Viejillo, but the rooms are spacious for Japan and well equipped. Very clean, decent breakfast, good views and very nice service.
The location is the best, three minutes walk to the train station and one to the ferry that connects to the island of Miyajima Ah, and it is not expensive.

The Miyajima Coral Hotel is everything you expect. The hotel is fine and not to expansive. The location is awesome, close to the train station and literally next to the ferry to the island. Breakfast is included but limited.

Great front desk staff, super friendly and accommodating, they helped get me a power adaptor without any hassle. Room included breakfast and unlike other simple hotel breakfasts, this one had lots of great local foods to sample. Rooms are comfortable and don't feel cramped, really fast and reliable Wi-Fi throughout.

Good views and good for the grace of the movie. Cocktails at 20 yen.

Old and room not great but the free buffet breakfast was great.

The rooms are a bit old, however the hotel is nice, they are very helpful (as in All Japan), breakfast is free (hard boiled eggs, miso soup, vegetables, rice, sweet bread, orange juice, apple, milk, coffee and tea). It is very well located right on the ferry exit (a 3 minute walk). The room is big.

Rooms are ok and clean enough. Right at the ferry terminal to get to Miyajima.

The hotel is conveniently very close to the train station, tram and the ferry line to Miyajima island. The prices are reasonable, and the quality is good.

Good price and nice place to stay.

While I wouldn't call the mattresses very good, the room size, air conditioning, and free breakfast were all serviceable. I wouldn't go back unless on a tight budget, but it was fine for the price.
