Quite place. You can see the beautiful view of Mt Fuji while having your drinks in the lobby. The staff are very nice ❤️

It was the best hotel I've ever stayed in my whole life. The staff was very polite and generous. The food was incredible and tasty.
But the most amazing thing were the landscape views and the onsen. It was a never to forget experience to watch Mount Fuji while I were in the hot water relaxing. You can watch the sea from the rooms. Totally recommended.

First impression of this hotel is fantastic, location is amazing with endless sea views and the staff are so friendly. We booked a traditional Japanese room but soon realised that we needed a Weatern Style room as we wanted a bed. The staff were so accommodating and gave us a lovely room on the 8th floor. Lunch and dinner was such an amazing experience, a real taste sensation. The room is a bit dated but very neat and the bathroom has a great view. Breakfast was a let down for us and doesn't quite hold up the rest of the hotels standards, but overall a fantastic experience.

We chose this hotel for its views of the Izu Peninsula and Mount Fuji, and those didn't disappoint — but by chance we were also sitting in the open air baths as the super-moon rose blood red from behind the mountains, tinting Mount Fuji red too and casting a glowing road of light across the ocean that looked almost solid enough to walk across — absolutely beguiling. By contrast the hotel itself is almost incidental, though it's very comfortable and spacious and the food excellent. I found the service a little wooden and "corporate" rather than genuinely warm, but that feels nit-picky really! Recommended.
