Good facilities, Ok beds, very central, good service, good shower, clean.

We love this hotel and we stay here every time we visit Japan. Its location is central. The rooms vary but are always very well equipped, the bathrooms have great showers and always include toiletries, robes and slippers. We had a De-Luxe Queen room this time and the bed was large and extremely comfortable. The Wi-Fi was good. The staff are helpful and kind and nothing is too much trouble. I have no complaints at all. Looking forward to our next visit.

Room small to quite exaggerated, two beds completely connected to say two beds, not linked together there is no room to walk, but even together can only walk. 29-inch suitcase completely no place to put, even the ground can not spread the whole suitcase flat, not strong half of the suitcase moved under the table, the other half can be sorted, finishing and then close the conversion and finishing to the table, in order to organize the other half, and then there is no place to walk, can only crawl from the bed to climb over, Simply messy to a room perfunctory said two beds of the room, feel very poor!

Booked for a triple person room… received nothing more than a standard single room with 3 beds in it… not even able to walk beside the beds to get in them… poky bathroom… location is good, but will be ensuring on room specifics before using again… as the website pics are decieving… in saying that it was a clean well position place… just disappointed when was expecting western hotel size room.

Its a Airport stayover hotel at best. Toilets are the same size as in a aeroplane!

Fabulous hotel in close proximity to Oasis 21 Quite classy which came as a bit of a surprise having not stayed in the a best western before.

Lobby is on 2nd floor while there is Starbucks Coffee on the first floor. Moreover, restaurant for breakfast is on basement floor. Overall hotel room is clean and in comfortable size. All required items are ready in the room.

Although the room size is pretty small, but I feel pretty comfortable to stay there.

A good spot to based yourself in Nagoya. Convenient to bus stops and the subway. A couple of convenience stores and great restaurants nearby and walking distance to shopping. Breakfast was great though basic.
