Let's start with the ugly. The hotel is horribly outdated and the room was abysmal. The bed was rock-hard, the sheets had a hole in them, and the sink was a water drink dispenser rather than a regular spigot. The shower was barely trickling, so I went without a shower. In addition, the hotel and the surrounding areas were constantly noisy throughout the night and day. Don't go here looking for relaxation. You won't find it. I was charged twenty USD for the airport transportation, which, according to their website is "available to guests" (Sounds complimentary, right? Think again! ) and then, when I asked for a simple meal, was served goat curry with more bones than meat (flavor was great, quality was not), and was charged an more than fifteen USD for that—which would likely be less than $8 anywhere else. It was a rip-off point blank. Spend your money on a nicer hotel. You'll find it more worth your while. I'm almost certain I was the only guest at the time, which made the tension between the hotel staff and owners even more apparent. It was awkward and not altogether welcoming. However, Lenroy, the shuttle driver, was exceedingly nice and showed me around town. He, and the view of the bay, may have been the shining gem in an otherwise dismal situation. I cannot recommend this hotel. I've paid 20 for a hostel room before and not expected much, but spending over $100 altogether, you expect the experience to be a lot different.

Absolutely not what I was expecting. The toilet tank in the room is was in could not refill automatically. The toilet door in the room could not close. The rooftop area was not clean. The hot tub was full of water containing algae. The room did not smell clean. The people were friendly but that alone was not enough to make up for the overall quality of the rooms and amenities.

Dont be mislead by the name. This is not a villa. Complete ripp off. And rooms were dirty and smell. My blanket had hairs. Pillows ittchy.

Awesome view, great hospitality, and close to downtown.

Professional and courtious staff, home away from home.

-Safe -Wi-Fi -Water heater -Pool table -Beautiful view etc. … I say it's the place to be!

I love this place the staff go the extra mile to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible not to mention the food is great! I will return soon.

It is far from the center and the beach, to have a taxi, you have to walk a little and to get there you have to count on the chance to find an honest taxi, I was asked 15 $ US to make Doctor Cave to the Casa de Fe. Abused! But the owners are ready to pick you up or bring you, for free.
The rooms: Fro, Rococo, my first room was in the basement, strong smell of moisture, not a lightbulb on the bedside lamps, little soundproofing.
There is a rooftop terrace that offers a beautiful view of Montego Bay. The staff is helpful but we feel a kind of discomfort between the bosses and the employees (who work a lot).
Pay attention to the prices charged for the restaurant and the bar, it is the most expensive red stripe of my stay in Jamaica ($500 Jamaicans! ) And the small tuna sandwich: $8 us. A Little pigeon effect
These are just feelings, for the rest, a very good point: it's very clean!
It's quite far away from the seaside. If you have no luck with taxi drivers they will charge you $15 us for getting at Casa de Fe from Doctor Cave. Expensive!
The owners can drive you for free, but you have to ask for what can be free there.
The rooms are not very nice. Everything is very clean.
Food and drinks are expensive ($ 5 us a red stripe! )
Staff are nice and helpful.

I booked a room at Villa Casa De Fe for NYE 2016 through Expedia. When I got there to check-in the person that attended to us told us he doesn't have the room we booked. He said that he is sold out and he's not sure why Expedia allowed our reservation to go through. I was understanding because I know these things happen. Additionally, he assured us that we would get a refund. However, after a few days of not receiving a refund, I called Expedia then Expedia called Villa Casa De Fe. The rep. For Villa Casa De Fe told Expedia that I was a no-show for the reservation. I intend on taking this further. It is not good business practice to be dishonest let alone cheat customers. I gave them one star because I had to select one. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The owner and staff treats you like family. It's home away from home.

This is a perfect place to get the real Jamaican feel (something you won't get at resorts). I'm glad I found this place. Clean, professional, safe, and affordable. It was a perfect place for my husband and I to end our vacation. The staff was very welcoming and extremely accommodating to all our needs. This place is up in the hills overlooking Montego Bay. Amazing views from the rooftop. They offer delicious homemade Jamaican food. There is always a driver available to take you where you need and desire. They were so helpful getting us around. Thank you Lenroy and Phiona for such a beautiful experience while in Jamaica. You two are truly amazing people. You really made us feel like we were visiting family. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and can't wait to come back.
