Polkerris is such a beautiful and peaceful place. It's the perfect lovers gettaway. The rooms are beautiful. The food is yummy. And it is super close to the Hip Strip so there is a lot to do. The owners are very sweet and helpful. I can't sing their praises enough. Honestly it's an absolute gem. You won't regret your stay here.

Most enjoyable vacation. Jeremy & Clarissa were very hospitable. They shared information about day trips and had their driver Michael talk to us about excursions. We felt very safe and enjoyed everything we did. Jamaican Breakfasts were fabulous! 5 Stars to Polkerris and to Michael for great day trips.

If you ever come to Montego Bay and you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of a resort, I highly recommend the Polkerris Bed & Breakfast! The location is secure, the property is amazingly manicured and well maintained, the rooms were impeccably clean and it’s in walking distance to the Hip Strip and Margaritaville. It has absolutely stunning views (great for seeing the sunset), the staff takes care of you like family (shout out to Ms. Charlotte) and the gourmet breakfast every morning is included! I would totally stay here every time! It’s been a beautiful experience!

Outstanding! I will never forget the hospitality that Mr. & Mrs. Bennett provided. Each morning she would come out to the balcony where breakfast was served and talk with each guest. Mrs. Bennett had that motherly caring towards all, which included ensuring you receive the best Jamaican experience possible. The guest room was gorgeous and the view of the ocean from the room was amazing. Also, all the staff were super helpful and friendly. Mr. & Mrs. Bennett, I shall return!

One of the best places that I have ever stayed. The attention to detail that the hosts put into this place is remarkable. The breakfast is amazing, the view is outstanding and it is only a five minute walk to the Doctor's Cave beach. Avoid the all inclusive and come here, I promise that you will not be disapointed.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. Very comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast served on a delightful veranda overlooking Montego Bay. Very peaceful, relaxing. The hosts and staff were so friendly and helpful. They arranged for Michael to take us on a tour for the day. Even though it was pouring rain, he made it fun. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Best vacation ever, mainly due to our hosts and the travels they arranged for us. Inn is situated to best show Montego Bay and sunset. Million dollar views, personal service (they treat you like family), and intimate knowledge of the island makes for a great experience. Yeah mon. Peace, love, respect! Can't wait to come back a 3rd time to Polkerris Inn and see Peter and Elaine.

We had a stay in Montego Bay for about one week in April 2016. Unfortunally my girlfriend was ill when we arrived at Polkerris Bed and Breakfast, but Clarissa directly went with us to the doctor. I've never met a host with such a lovely attitude before. Jeremy and Clarissa are amazing hosts. Nice hotel, individual breakfast, friendly staff. I can definitively recommand this location.

This place is absolutely awesome. Me and my fiancee wanted an "off the grid" feel of authentic Jamaican culture with elegance. The Polkerris is an absolute beauty and offers all of that. It is literally walking distance from the beach but far enough to give you that secluded peaceful feel. The breakfast is so great and has many choices everday. Wi-Fi works just fine so were still connected to the world. We are so gracious to the Polkerris owners and staff members. Always courteous they know you and call you by name. They know exactly what you like to eat and you feel 'at home' and special.

One of the best places I have stayed in all of my travels. They are the sweetest couple and so helpful. We loved our stay for our honeymoon in November. Breakfast is awesome, we loved the Jamaican dishes as well! Super convenient location and they will set you up with drivers for anywhere you want to go.

We had a wonderfull stay at Polkerris. The owners takes so good care of you. You can choose to have the jamaican or internationell breakfast. If you need there help with drivers to visit Negril, the bob track or some other adventure they help you in the best way. It's close to Doctors Cave and most of the shopping in Montego Bay, and you also have some good restaurants close. The to swedish guys.

I loved everything about my stay here, from the great breakfast, the beautiful view, the lovely staff and the very sweet owners. I felt very welcomed and the rooms were fabulous. the location is great and convenient, this is a place that I will alway stay. Very Awesome!

I love this place my sister went there for 7 days in august 2015 and I went to see her. The view is Beautiful, the room is so clean and comfortable. I am going there next. They give breakfast. I which they give lunch or dinner. That's all missing. My sister enjoyed her stay.

I can't believe how lovely and relaxing stay at Polkerris was! This was my daughters first trip abroad and the Polkerris Bed and Breakfast made it one we will always fondly remember. After days full of sun sand and exploration my daughter and I came "home" to such a warm and loving environment. The, as my daughter would say, and "perfectly sized" pool was so deeply appreciated for delightful night time swims under the stars on the patio overlooking beautiful Montego Bay. Peter and Elaine, the owners / managers, are so attentive and generous with their time, easy humor and contacts. Audrey, another staff member, always met us with a smile. Our room was always clean and at the perfect cool temperature, especially after a full day out, having fun min the heat. And every morning the best food your will find in Mobay is actually served by the staff around the pool. I would come back to Jamaica just to stay at Polkerris Bed & Breakfast again. Thank you Peter and All for such a fabulous trip!

My co-worker and I stayed there on May 22-25, 2015 and it was wonderful. The food was fantastic. The hosts were amazing, kind and very helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean (everything was clean and comfy). The view was beautiful, the pool and site was so relaxing. I loved it, and I will stayed there again when I go back.

Wonderful hosts, amazing food and the perfect location for watching the boats come and go into Montego Bay. If you are visiting Jamaica you have to visit Polkerris Bed and Breakfast to get an authentic Jamaican experience.

Polkerris is the best best choice if you are spending any time in Montego Bay. Perched above the town in a safe and secure location. Outstanding panoramic views and the best breakfast I had in Jamaica. The main house is wide open with a beautiful courtyard pool and great areas for relaxing. Make sure to try the Akee and codfish one morning and enjoy the amazing fruit selection at breakfast! The owners were exceptionally delightful and helped us plan out every other aspect of our trip. Would definitely return if I was ever in the area.
