Great place to spend a holiday in Umbria, strategic location halfway between Gubbio and Perugia, typical restaurant and perfect atmosphere. Great wine list, which never hurts.

Great food, very large room, absolute friendliness, surrounded by green.

Despite a small initial problem, the owner, very kind, immediately provided us with a new level of accommodation higher than what we had booked. The pool is small but perfectly suited to the number of customers. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, also available to prepare something warm. Great proximity to the restaurant, however high level. The half-board solution is more than recommended.

It is about to end my two-week holiday in Umbria and I stayed here. Definitely going back: a beautiful place surrounded by greenery; friendliness without restraint from the owners to everything and I tell all the staff; very nice rooms also in style and very clean; and then what about the restaurant, with unique dishes light tasty in short delicious with a very polite and attentive staff like the dear Roberto. The pool where I spent relaxing hours. In short, not a bad note. Very very satisfied and I come home with a beautiful memory. Stegania and Benjamin.

Wonderful place nestled in the Umbrian countryside, easily accessible, the location is well maintained and prides prides on a well-groomed rustic style in detail. Rooms are very large, clean and well-stocked (TV, air conditioning, towels). The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes all of excellent quality at a suitable price (I highly recommend the spelt noodles with bacon and pumpkin flowers). Breakfast offers a modest amount of cakes and savoury products, however not being the highlight offers everything you need to start the day well. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.
Experience to be redone a thousand times!

We returned today from this sweet little place, we took advantage of a smartbox, three days, two breakfasts and two dinners, all very welcome and well organized, the hotel is in a perfect place to move around the neighboring cities, great hospitality, food and outdoor spaces, Nice pool and I loved the peace that was in the hotel! Nothing to say because the stay was pleasant! To be redone definitely maybe more stretch! Thanks again to the staff!

I recommend this beautiful place immersed in the green of true relaxation we returned yesterday from a three day stay kitchen very near guggii spello, Assisi, Perugia, we visited quietly from them and thanks to all there staff.

Location chosen by my brother for his wedding. Wonderful place, excellent welcome and willingness to indulge the requests of the spouses and the needs of the guests. The breakfast is very good.

Ours is a stay purchased with the Smartbox of 2 dinners and breakfast. Very satisfied! Congratulations the kitchen is great the breakfast simple but very tasty. Very friendly staff and very comfortable room. The spa didn't prove it. Great experience.

I've been to the country Hotel Poggiomanente's restaurant for a dinner. The restaurant offers excellent level cuisine. Some combinations of flavors however appear hazardous from the menu, pushing the less courageous to fall back on the (few) more traditional choices. What we ate was still great, in portions not abundant but right (those who are used to large binges could find small). Honest account, decent value for money. The staff was very helpful.

Breakfast, courtesy of all staff, restaurant food: 5 stars as far as the NS. Experience.
Room: Rating 0, 5. Nice style, but we did this 3 times in 2 days that in the room you were dying of heat (23/25 degrees are not ideal for a good sleep).
The staff turned off the heating, but did not warn us that the towel warmer was not included in this "shutdown". In the end we closed it manually. Despite this the floor was boiling (probably the pipes of the other rooms pass under the bed) and we had to sleep with the windows open All Night (January) : Just closed the temperature rose in the blink of an eye. On the second day we were guaranteed that the situation would be improved and instead it was all like the first night (during dinner from 8pm to 9pm. 30 I opened both windows, once back in the room we had equally 20 degrees).
We found a sock under the bed, not ours.
Bathroom very ruined, taps to replace.
Spa: Altogether ni; It is a spa of a hotel, so from sauna and bath turn you don't expect the same thing as a real spa. However, they must be absolutely improved: ambient temperature too cold and "emotional" showers that are only showers, with hot water and cold water.

Nice and beautiful place in a'excellent location, two steps from Gubbio and Perugia! Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are special and clean! Breakfast is spectacular, good food and professionalism of all of you! L'only tip I can give is to equip the mini-fridge in the room, so that guests and staff are not forced to move many times when you need something (I had with me the things of the meals of the girl)! For the rest everything is perfect, who knows, we'll see you in the summer!

I stayed here on 25 and 26 November 2017 with my partner… The welcome from the lady was very good. The rustic ambience is very warm and beautiful… too bad that then the whole thing turns out to be little cared for, the room at first sight was in the style that I expected but then… checking better… the seggetta of the WC was not properly fixed and it moved all around… looking between the VI of the ceiling and behind the curtains you will find cobwebs and dead insects in the room light bulbs like some in the entrances of different colors… sincerely from the reviews and an environment that has 5 ears I expected more! Not to mention who did the bill and greetings… a very cold few words who did not even ask how was the stay…!
