We stayed in the hotel only one night (2 adults, 2 girls) to break the return trip from the holidays and to visit Spoleto.
At this hotel we had a great time: spacious and clean room, friendly and professional staff, great and hearty breakfast.
also great location at the gates of the center so comfortable to get by car and comfortable to visit the city on foot; we were given the chance to leave the car in their parking lot after the chek. Out all day and before leaving in the afternoon we were offered the use of a bath before departure. Low price, excellent quality of service.

Great location of the hotel as you move easily to go to the station or take bus. It's our fourth experience at this hotel. We use Spoleto as a reference to go around Umbria. So we feel at home. The staff are friendly and the clean rooms are bright. This time we have 5 nights left and already we organize the next coming.

The Clarici is a 15-minute walk from the train station and a 10-minute walk from the No. 2 and No. 3 meccanized walkways that take you to the upper levels of Spoleto. Being on level ground in Piazza Vittoria is nice after a day of climbing up and down the slopes of this city. There is an excellent seafood restaurant nearby, the Taverna del Pescatore (which I have reviewed separately), and if you are interested, a music shop that carries some classical CDs.
The hotel’s facilities are fairly basic. The rooms are small but well maintained, and the staff are professional. Breakfast is generally decent, but the freshly baked croissants and the cappuccino are very good.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise… I arrived in the early hours of the morning, staff were courteous and kind, the room clean and the bathroom modern. In the morning the buffet breakfast was excellent amd served in a room with a lovely view. Staff were again friendly and helpful, I was sorry not to be staying longer and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hotels in the optimal position, clean and spacious rooms…

Good location — 10 minute walk from train station & in the piazza at the entrance gate to the old town of Spoleto. Helpful, friendly staff, clean modern room & bathroom. Adequate breakfast (not a huge selection) good coffee made to order. Our room had a small balcony with a view towards the hilltop town. (The only negative was the balcony was a little neglected & scruffy, but the hotel’s exterior was a bit dated). Good value.

It's a great location. Friendly staff. A room with a huge panoramic window. Everything is clean, comfortable. Breakfast is weak.

Average hotel, not spectacular but if your looking for something just to sleep and be comfortable without spending a lot, then it is the right one for you… great location you can reach the centre of Spoleto on foot in a few minutes, or use the escalators, but if you like walking I advise you to go on foot! The breakfast is everything and the staff exquisite! I recommend it! We'll be back!

Structure a little dated but great location near the center.

Great hotel near the main communication routes, and the Old Town.

We stayed here between the 23rd — 28th August 2017. We were in Spoleto for a family wedding. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the old town. The temperature outside was 38 degrees but the air condition in the room kept us very comfortable. I must mention Francesca who I dealt with during the booking process who was very helpful and made sure we had a parking space. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, although as we are English a kettle for making tea and coffee would be nice. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area. It is walking distance from the town with many places to eat. We had a lovely time staying here and would like to thank all the staff for their welcome.

We stayed one night here and we found the hotel was in a good location. Reception was friendly and efficient. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and a good size. Breakfast was more than sufficient.
Unfortunately it was a Friday night and a nearby bar had music playing till very late. This did disturb our sleep. However I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or to return — but maybe not at the weekend!

Employees are very courteous and kind, even if you dont speak Italian. Breakfast has a wide range making it helpful for those with celiac (allergic to gluten). The breakfast room has a beautiful view. Overall, this hotel is great place for a short visit!

the hotel clarici, Soviet childhood by relatives and friends has not lived up to my expectations.
situated to the historical center, walked all over spoleto without even moving the car.
room overlooking the main square, always clean, warm and complete with all the comforts this morning, rich breakfast.

Great experience, clean and comfortable hotel. From the hotel you can reach the old town on foot, the escalator free or with the new path mechanized (opera that alone is worth the trip! ) very nice staff.
