Very pleasant surprise: in the proximity of the busy roads and exit of motorway there is a quiet place, in the middle of vineyards and Ovlivi, with a perfect view to the historical city of Orvieto on the hill, wakes up with the singing of the birds. Price ratio — optimum value. Nice atmosphere, clean rooms, attractive structure, impeccable service.

A lovely place to stay, just few minutes far from downtown. Excellent service, the rooms are very cosy and the hosts are adorable. Highly recommended!

Nice italien atmosphere. Nice rooms with a well equiped bathroom. Slept well. Airco is adjustable at the airco to accelerate the fan! Swiming pool with a terrace. Bought a bottle of Orvieto White wine. Broke a glass. No problem! Ate in Orvieto. Drove by car. IT is too far to Walk when you leave late. I recommend this hotel. I hope the personal attitude stays.

Clean adequate. Has a pool. Inexpensive. Basic breakfast. Located near train. Beds hard. Room small. AC struggles. No English speaking. You get what you pay for. Good for 1 night.

A wonderful place surrounded by nature at a few minutes from the town. There's a pool, rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable.

This hotel has been put together with the greatest love. I was amazed to find that it had furnishings all designed by the late great Michelangeli, Orvieto's artist son. I was always amused by the charm produced by his childlike designs but when you actually live around them you realize the intelligence of the art.

Courteous service. Great location, close to the station that the highway that at the heart of Orvieto, accessible by car or cable car. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a great view of the surrounding landscape. The facility is cozy and wrapped in green.

Just an over night stay unfortunately! Very nice place! Room is relatively big, with big bathroom! Very clean! Even the pool is very clean! The region is great!

We had a one-night stay in this little place just outside Orvieto. It was very nice, clean, very reasonably priced and convenient. Lovely pool. The staff were courteous and helpful, breakfast was quite good (espresso was perfect). We recommend this place highly and will definitely return.
