I had chosen this hotel for the location not too far from Orvieto but at the same time in a quiet area and no parking problems. Well, during my stay, everything went well … very friendly and friendly reception staff, clean rooms, working bathrooms, air-conditioned rooms, honest breakfast, ample free parking but … don't book during the week dedicated to the beer festival with attached music and live noise because the location is really close to the hotel place and the unbearable noise lasts until late at night. The grievances made because, of course, the organization of such an event has been planned for some time. A tip, dear owners … alert customers in advance, possibly by placing an ad on the site!

Classic hotel, it is just a few minutes from the old town of Orvieto in the resort of Sferracavallo. The hotel is quite welcoming, the staff are friendly and courteous, the prices are mediocre, so with family you can stay overnight. Breakfast is good, good products and quality. The only flaw is the air conditioning in the rooms, you can not adjust and therefore it is quite hot. However all in all good price/quality.

The hotel is nestled in a green oase, where you can breathe the air of tranquility and peace. The professional staff, welcoming and always very helpful at any request. Above-average value for money. Experience to repeat.

The property is not brand new but it has a good price/quality ratio. Clean and the staff is very friendly.

Good hotel in convenient location to parking lots from where you can easily reach the center, with elevator or escalators. The staff was very helpful.

Hotel near Orvieto, 6 Km. Ample parking, clean, courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast is not assorted but satisfactory. The prices are honest, the rooms are spacious and clean.

The staff was very friendly. We had booked at the hotel la Pergoletta, but for a problem we have found ourselves in this oasis … the Place very quiet, exceptional cleaning recommend.

All in all it is a nice place but if we go to take in single some things as the rooms there are space problems (they don't open cupboards, drawers locked from the bed) and we can find some dust.
And then we do not talk about the food probably prepackaged and also the service not really fast. (Breakfast and little provided! )
I wouldn't call it just oasis but it's not a bad place.

New Year's stay with family. The room was very clean The beds are comfortable and the hotel is in in a quiet place so it rests wonderfully. It is also not far from the center of Orvieto that you reach in a few minutes by car. The staff are very nice and friendly.
Breakfast is enough but maybe they could ' dare ' a little bit more.

Very nice place, quiet in a fairly secluded place. Very good in every point of view. Great dinner with local products and not. Recommended!
I would like to point out a small thing: during our trip, we had our small dog with us and, clearly doing a price comparison and any access to the animal, we chose this place. At the front desk they did not have any problems nor at the restaurant (in the evening). In the morning we went to the restaurant to have breakfast, inexplicably they made questions, setting our table in the corner of the restaurant. I do 3 stars for my 4-legged friend… if the presence of my dog was not welcome, could very well be said by phone, I would have turned to another hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on the occasion of a weekend in Orvieto. The hotel is in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of the machines. The rooms are spotless as well as the bathrooms. The furniture is a little dated but it doesn't matter. The staff is very courteous.

Nice, quiet and comfortable hotel near Orvieto, Italy, a very unique a picturesque city built on a rocky hill. The rooms are large and have Wi-Fi. The breakfast was good, providing a good variety of food.

Good restaurant quite cheap in an ideal location for visiting Orvieto.

The place is very nice, in the countryside, the rooms large enough, I can't express myself on restaurant service because I've used. The breakfast offered is not at the top.

Clean comfortable and large rooms helpful hotel staff. Ample parking space in the hotel grounds. The only problem we came across was the approach from the main road especially arriving at night.

Staff very helpful and very professional staff, very comfortable room, air conditioning, bathroom shower stall senpre depending quite handy too small but this is not noticed in comparison to everything else we stayed a week treated very very good breakfast very generous and very good dinner a treat there was above and beyond the silent night you could sit quietly excellent staying either price to advise.

Lovely location. Nice food. Clean well equipped rooms. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast ok but could be better — limited selection and tepid coffee.

We arrived around 11, 30, the girl at the front desk tells us that our room was not ready. Let me start by saying that in the past few days I had emailed the hotel to deliver a parcel to surprise my mate, specifying it to be a surprise. Leave your luggage at the hotel and we decide to go out on the town, when from behind the desk comes another guy who asks us if we had received the package. Then surprise ruined, and Moreover, one told us we couldn't get in, the other asked us if we could find the parcel that had left in the room for us (so the room was ready!?! ). We arrive at the hotel in the evening, at about 21, 30. We find a lot of kids (probably a tour), and unfortunately in hours later we will have confirmation of what we had thought right away: no sleeping tonight. At the reception they take only our document and do not give us any information on Wi-Fi, breakfast, check-out and services (we were traveling with a dog, for which they asked — and wonder why — a supplement). At night the kids knock on our door for game, besides the rowdiness. Then night out of discomfort, with no intervention of the owners. The TV in our room was not equipped with remote control. In the morning we go to breakfast, and we find nothing (it was 9 am). We ask a waiter, which even there worthy of response; shortly after approaching another waiter and offers us coffee and croissant. Refuse to pay, leaving the closed feedback in the envelope that the hotel had arranged in the rooms.

Great value for money. We have to get the car (or, if there are any) to reach Orvieto.

Buon albergo, handicap accessible and fairly close to the highway.
Rooms not very spacious, but with very comfortable beds and wide. Accessibility for a powered wheelchair is overall good: bathroom is extensive with appropriate grab bars and accouterments, only fault the space a bit tight at the entrance of the room and the orientation of the opening of the bathroom door. Areas accessible without problems.
Great parking, pets are accepted.
Shame about the lack of restaurant service (it's actually closed despite the information on the site), great breakfast.
