Beautiful facility, friendly staff, spacious, well appointed and clean rooms. Nice pool, with bar service. Well organized even in this not easy period. Highly recommended!

I love this place There have been 3 times sin we are written that accept dogs but then it seems to bother him… the restaurant to the song of the oxen rooster, manager and very kind waiters.

Very nice all the staff of this hotel very nice and clean! Great and good quality breakfast! I would have liked to give 5 stars but there were two things that in my opinion need to be improved: the first is about the possibility of having soap in the weases the second is the intense smell of food coming from the restaurant that after an hour becomes nauseating.

Unfortunately I can not give more than 3 stars in fact I think they are too many. A 4-star hotel? For me, cleanliness is essential. Unclean rooms and this is not forgivable by a 4 star. Nice staff sin apart from the pool. On the photos I do not know if you see well but I assure you that under the bed there were two fingers of dust the rest speaks alone no?

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! I wouldn’t call it a 4 Star hotel. Apparently there is a cat at the hotel, running around inside, and at breakfast it was jumping at the tables, chairs, trying to get some food from guests. At night time there were so much noise. People outside our window we’re shouting and partying at midnight. We went down to the reception to let them know that we couldn’t sleep because of the noise (from people who weren’t even guests but some locals or friends someone. Who shouldn’t even bet there) And the receptionists didn’t even do something about it. That happened two nights in a row! The cleaningladies are apperently cleaning around 7am in the morning. They don’t even think about the guests at the hotel might sleep a bit longer! The breakfast is not something I would brag about. The fruit is full of flies, the bread is dry. Everything taste like it’s out of date I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I am so dissapointet and mad about how these things can even happen at a hotel. They don’t treat the guests very well and show respect at all. People have acutully paid for their stay and this is what they get! Worst experience!

It is part of a review already made by me… on the spot, this is the tree, wishing you spend even less, depends on the period, however the package works.

We celebrated baptism and communion in this wonderful place. Right prices friendly staff. We often return to the family and we find ourselves very well. To recommend.

Good food, well seasoned pizza but smaller than normal, always full local, prices a little above average.

Very nice entrance just seems to arrive in a 4 star hotel but then… mediocre rooms, there are no family rooms always that your children do not sleep in armchairs bed with 5 cm mattress!

Beautiful place. Convenient parking. Nice pool in summer! Good pizzeria that is attached to the hotel very nice and quiet place a few miles from Terni and Narni.

Nice location in the Ternana countryside towards Narni. Comfortable bed very spacious room (too much for me) and clean good also the restaurant inside. Only drawback the bathroom, although clean, would need a renovation and accommodation.

Okay room, bad restaurant and dear, really disappointed, we met other customers to the Marmore waterfall that we have confirmed our own judgment.
