Lovely place! If you want to spend time away from it all in total relaxation, silence and great food, this is the place. We are going through 4 really regenerating days. Icing on the cake, a massage by the operators Alfonso and Allegra really professional and prepared! Holiday 10 and praise!

Fabulous location, silence and tranquility are the strong point, well-kept services, excellent cuisine ideal for a romantic holiday of total relaxation.

We spent an afternoon at the pool, and had a Swedish couple massage.
Experience that I recommend, both for the professionalism and for the competence of the masseurs. As well as for all the staff.
If I have to make a note, I found it difficult to contact the structure for a whole week. Maybe I would see just that again.

I have asked for a refund of my deposit from this hotel for the past 6+ months and they have stopped responding to me altogether. I have emailed correspondence with Gabriella, Andreea dating back to April and as of August 2020, they have ignored my request.

Hidden by a beautiful garden, in Gubbio, is the Castle of Baccaresca. The junior suite is incantovele, with its circular shape, the wooden beams, spacious and quiet. The Restaurant:excellent quality dishes, impeccable service and courtesy. The spa delicious, small, organized, functional. A variety of massages from which to choose, and relaxing music. And she said Eleanor. Professionalism and competence. Very good.

This place is nothing short of amazing! Staff is so kind and accommodating! The food is delicious and the breakfast buffet is wonderful! There is nothing negative to say about this place — we have absolutely loved every minute here!

We’ve just had 6 lovely days at this fabulous location. As vegetarians we’ve been treated to fabulous and varied dishes, with a new choice for all courses each day. A real treat. Lovely quiet and spacious room (ours was standard). Very helpful staff, and we loved the cookery lesson. Highly recommended.

The hotel is nice; rooms are average and a little on the small side but clean. Ask for an upgrade to the turret room and you will be very pleased if its available. If you are on the half board menu you do not have access to the full menu. Get to dinner when they start serving or you may be in for a long evening as the staff was frazzelled each night as it got busier.

Lovely place, efficient staff, friendly and helpful. Food and breakfast excellent. I spent 3 days fabulous! I give 5 stars because there aren't any more… it deserves 50 stars. Thank you all for the wonderful stay! We will return.

The rooms are spacious and clean, charming place. Catering to be improved, both in quality and in quantity. The staff were kind.

We got married at the Castle on the 22nd of April last… a reception is fantastic, great food and impeccable organization! Congratulations to all the staff… even our guests were very happy with!

The castle is fantastic all cared for in detail… where the elegance dominates… the right atmosphere for every occasion. From the dining room to the Spa to the swimming pool to the comfortable and welcoming rooms… all immersed in a green and spectacular panorama!

Satisfactory Menu… Environment in my opinion a little bleak especially the entrance placed between two high crumbling columns and too dark x be in a forest.

Very impressive, breakfast I would say plentiful there is a bit of everything.
We did the half board, elegant and pleasant dinner, not much to choose from as it is a fairly fixed menu.
For a hotel The price is there, I recommend.

Nice place where to spend a few days of relax… situated in a quiet and clean place, fyll of history and traditions. Easy access to near cities, nice place to take a walk in the nature and taste fresh and clean air… Menu is satisfying and not too sophisticated but keeping an high quality tone. Definitely worth a visit.

Celebrating our wedding with a considerable number of guests (360) initially raised some doubts about the choice of location. The visit to this Castle, in addition to making us fall in love with the structure and the location, solved any misgivings. Exceptional staff who made themselves immediately available 24 hours to help us to take care of every detail of the reception. Just last Saturday (June 10) our dream became reality and everything went as predicted. Thanks to all the people who worked for us, starting with Valentina who with her professionalism, availability and kindness fulfilled our every request in an excellent way! Then I thank the wonderful cook Anna, Olimpia, Martina and all the staff in the room who is inevitably the best we could ever have. Thank you again.

Beautiful place for weddings, I will have made a 3 and we were always very good.

They are still on the trip back from the Castle, after having stayed with family for four nights. Lovely place and relaxing, immersed in the green. Saturday and Sunday there were two weddings and I must say that the room has not heard anything. The staff is very friendly, serious and professional. Room cosy and clean up. Above my expectations. We will be back.

Fantastic place surrounded by greenery, romantic atmosphere ideal for both couples and families or events of various kinds.
Recently renovated, it offers decent rooms that reflect the environment of the Castle. Catering phenomenal (arranging a wedding dinner for 300 people in a sublime way) and the presence of a pool to relax in these hot summer days.

It was a wonderful stay. Fairytale landscape, warm welcome, clean and comfortable rooms, baring, new year's Eve great, fun, the bonfire, the fireworks at the pool and lots of bubbly.
Recommend it to everyone, if you go around here to stop you … It's really worth.
