Beautiful structure surrounded by the green of olive trees and vineyards overlooking Assisi.
Great location to reach the main tourist destinations.
Very spacious room with all the amenities; even the cleanliness of the room very well cared for.

Unfortunately, even beautiful things come to an end, we are just returned home, it was a wonderful stay'of relaxation, nature, and (most importantly) good food… We thank the owners, all the staff, particularly the Chef who has delighted us with his wonderful dishes, and the head of the room with his courtesy and professionalism. It is the second time that I go back to this beautiful farm and it is the second time, thinking about my experience as a traveller the usual, I have to say that it is one of the most beautiful places I've ever visited. The environment, the landscape, the silence, the quality of the food, the cleanliness and the smell of the rooms, the courtesy of the staff have greatly improved my mood and the quality of my sleep after months of stress. Absolutely recommended.

Fantastic, we had really great, excellent and meticulous cleaning of every place, fresh and scenic restaurant, good quality food, I'll be back very soon.

I was there for a friends wedding and I have to say I was very well.
The weather was a bit gloomy but still it was mid autumn and despite this the atmosphere was intoxating.

Attention to detail, great location, owners and discreet staff, great food and products, I will definitely visit them to spend a few hours in the pool with the view of Assisi.

Beautiful farmhouse with fantastic view of Assisi. Excellent restaurant with typical products of the area and homemade. In Summer The swimming pool allows you to appreciate even more the landscape and the tranquility of the place.

Great food and place with fabulous views… After 2 bottles of Umbrian red you go that's a marvel.

Perfect farmhouse for a summer day, the pool is stone, very beautiful.
Mandatory booking, the property does not accommodate more than a tot of people and takes precedence to the guests of the same who stay there.
You can decide to eat in the restaurant or not, 13 euros only the entrance, 30 euros the full package.

To be enjoyed or in the beautiful terrace or in the charming indoor dining room with a view of Assisi! Beautiful and clean swimming pool made of stone, which slopes gently and can' to be well-used even by the most' small. At the completion of this little corner of paradise umbria the sweetness of Jessica and the crew' the waiter's Raf. Outdoor dining with views of Assisi is a real show. Beautiful place with spectacular pool, great food and good and fast service.

In July 2011 I booked quite by accident a week in this hotel and it was one of my best vacation experiences.
exact 490 Km from Milan by the A1 up to Cesena and then the E45 (much better than do the Bologna-Florence: same exact km. But more grave and E45 is scenic).
The estate is geographically located in a strategic point equidistant from major roads of Umbria (SS3bis/E45 and SS75) that are just a few kilometres away, so ideal for people like me who do cultural tourism (ergo around all day). In an instant you achieve these great Umbrian routes and you can get every town in no time.
Most of the other farms in the area that I saw are positioned in the Valley, the estate is on a hill with magnificent views over the basilica of Santa Maria Degli Angeli, Assisi and mount Subasio and in the distance you see clearly. The location is truly magnificent.
The estate is new, built very well and with great attention to detail. You can tell there was the interessamente of a good architect.
The pool, which won the national award as the most beautiful swimming pool in Italy, is truly admirable.
The rooms (I was in DeLuxe) are very comfortable and equipped with every comfort: TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, minibar, shower, walk in closet. And tastefully furnished.
I chose the half-board dinner at the estate.
