Really impressive restaurant. You can choose whether to eat in the inn or at the restaurant. I recommend eating in the terrace of the inn there is a breathtaking panorama you can see the whole valley from perugia to Spoleto. Very good food also the very well-groomed dish. The wine that Lore produces is very good. The price of dishes slightly high, but it's worth going to see the view.

Fairytale location nestled in the green Umbria with a unique view in front of Assisi! Rooms spacious, clean and well furnished! Great restaurant for quality and value cost. Friendly and professional staff! Extremely manicured outdoor spaces, gardens, large pool with stunning views!

Dirty pool and unusable shower, purple apartment sinks that can only be used at low pressure and docile with unusable docs due to limestone. Tall grass around the cottage. Ruined and dirty pots. I could continue but better to stop here… the only positive note are the quiet and the place that offers a great view.

Lovely location, on a hill among the dominant olive trees on the entire Perugia-Assisi area. Very close to all the major tourist centers. Our room also had fireplace and hot tub. Great cleaning. Panoramic restaurant. In summer, pool. Kindness and availability.

A mix of nature, relaxation, beauty and close to both Perugia and Assisi. I would highly recommend it, even for families with children.

Very nice place and great location I didn't stay in the facility, I just ate at the tavern. Attentive and friendly waiters, excellent food (homemade pasta, salami and cheese doc) and also excellent local wine! To go back.

Overall nice place, but we have been to dinner at the tavern of Vin Pig and signs do not exist, you have to get there x intuition, then in the face of consistent prices, striminzite dishes and my first steep, excellent service, difficult to give 1 positive opinion.

In The hills in front of Assisi almost to have a wonderful picture. The structure well cared for and organized to receive different events. Ideal for arranging weddings, beats or other anniversaries. We stayed in two for three nights in the early days of October during the olive harvest. I can imagine that it is a period out of season but for the potential of the place and the structure I was quite disappointed. The whole estate extends on top of a hill that allows you a view of the beautiful valley but the feeling of neglect that emerges is palpable.
The room assigned was a double renovated and with classic furniture, the bathroom was modern with a nice shower but open to one side that forces you to dry all the outside floor (at least there was a mop! ) and detail not just the hot water comes after 6 minutes…
The communication with the staff is practically non-existent, the feeling of being well accepted does not live in that reception.
The estate is also part of a mill that produces olive oil of first quality, there was the possibility to browse the production and maybe do some tasting and why not buy something; We asked for information to understand how to do it but the answer was somewhat awkward "I don't know what they're doing… ".
After a stay so you wonder if the customers are really their main business or just a rounding, the price per night is average high and you expect in return at least the ability to make you feel comfortable.
I'm sorry, but I can't recommend it.

By smartbox: overnight stay plus breakfast. Friendly staff, lovely setting (on a hill away from the village), good and plentiful breakfast. The room was lovely, surrounded by greenery, although the bed wasn't the best. We recommend a walk on the property where they are bred some animals. Another positive note: meats and oils they produce.

On 28 August stayed at this elegant farmhouse, very nice, relaxing with wonderful view. Friendly and professional staff. Our double a (superior) surrounded by greenery, a very fine room with canopy bed, fireplace and hot tub jacuzzi hot tub … but a little disappointed by some things: tub nn working and especially after a simple shower, I had to collect water from the floor because it leaked from the bottom of the tank. Mattress virtually smashed so uncomfortable to sleep. Elegant dinner in the main dining room with a great view, meals with attention to detail. But the chef nn was all high in schwag. For a place this nice medium-high cost, definitely one of our little tip there would be some things to fix.

The place is magnificent! We like it, we love it!

I know we have to go around Perugia, when we do return to this little slice of heaven. We met through a box of emotion ³ and had a wonderful time, leaving with the conviction that we should stay much longer.
Warm and friendly, room very nice in appearance (the photos are also on the website) and clean. Seen on how cold it was in October found the heating a great thing. The icing on the cake is the osteria "vin PARS" in which we ate by God. Nice wine list and traditional dishes but evidently cared by a chef. Black Angus Steak with four types of salt (Himalayan pink, black and simple smoked) will forever remain in my heart. Good breakfast too. We felt pampered in all aspects
