Good morning, for years now I CHOOSE as a guarantee, your hotel, my last stay has always gone as I already expected everything COMFORTABLE and MAXIMUM AVAILABILITY, on everything … But I wanted to point out, that everyone is kind and courteous, but Mr. SIMONE THANK HIM FROM THE HEART, because really his kindness, availability makes his PROFESSIONALISM worthy of PRAISE … I embrace everyone with esteem and affection.

Hottest hotel I have ever stayed at in Europe. Do not recommend. Nothing being done. Can’t I even have a simple fan? I’m charged for wine at dinner with cash only but my nightly rate doesn’t include a room under 85 degrees Fahrenheit?

We found this place walking around and it is a nice hotel. Centrally located to everything. Highly recommend it.

Posizione centrale, vicino a Piazza del Comune Assisi, ricca di negozi, ristoranti. Camere favolose. Ci sono dei bei dipinti sul soffitto, arredamento di classe, ambiente classico, bagni puliti e ben tenuti. Le persone nella hall molto disponibili e gentilissime come anche il resto dello staff.

Beautiful hotel 2 steps from The Basilica of Santa Chiara, clean rooms, bathrooms, as well as the rest of the property. Extensive choice of gluttony for breakfast as well as for the quality of food and service in the small "inn" attached! The staff were very friendly and friendly!

We found ourselves in this great hotel, it is located in the center and this allows you to easily reach the "heart" of Assisi, spacious room and great cleanliness, working air conditioning (and in these days of excessive heat it really pleases), great breakfast a lot of food (even gluten-free) and all very good, really friendly and helpful staff, who manages to establish a perfect relationship with the customer. What to say: 5 stars are still few!

Hotel in the center of beautiful Assisi and just a 10-minute walk from St. Francis Basilica. Staff friendly and helpful for any information. Nice and clean structure. Great breakfast. Recommended.

Central. Friendly staff We chose the half board: The dinner was excellent with a lot of choice of dishes. I value everything with the five stars for the very high quality price ratio.

Very misrepresented! Very disappointing! No air conditiioning until "Summer Schedule" 78 degrees outside and guests on 3rd floor isnt hot enough I guess. Shower fan coated with 1/2 of fuzzy dust, and shower drain so clogged with hair it doesnt drain. Going to try to sleep with window open listening to street band playing next door.

I'm going to give two stars: That's the average of a 4 star and a 0 star review. The good first: If nothing goes wrong, it's a good hotel. The location is outstanding. The facility is clean enough (not to North American (NA) standards). The less visible public spaces (bathroom for restaurant) are not well maintained — cleanliness level is what I would expect to see in a US airport or gas station. The room is well-lit, and has sufficient electrical outlets to charge multiple devices. The room air conditioning is not up to NA standards (insufficient power and air circulation). The addition of pedestal fans to the rooms would greatly help. The included continental breakfast has very good coffee, croissant, and cold cuts. Their attempts to cater to NA's (scrambled eggs) is laughable — don't try the scrambled eggs. They're not kept at safe temperature. Even considering local standards, this is Italy — not a third world country. Hence, 4 stars if nothing goes wrong. Here's what happens when things go wrong, though — the room above ours had plumbing problems, and water leaked through the ceiling into our bathroom while we were at breakfast. When we returned from breakfast, my toothbrush and other items in the bathroom were not usable. In NA locations, I would expect an abject apology, an offer to move us to a different room (even though we were checking out that morning), and a substantial discount on the stay.

Room was very small. Very hot upon arrival. Air conditioner was turned on upon request.

In the heart of Assisi. The hotel is in an old building and still has all the amenities you'd expect. Close to the main square and lots of nice restaurants. Parking is problem, but is only a 10 min walk away.

Rooms too small, good service, in my room there was no air conditioner.

Quality of rooms varied depending on which one you stayed in, regardless of the size room you selected. The hotel is located right in the middle of the main strip of Assisi, making everything very convenient. The servers at dinner were always very polite and helpful. They served tomato sauce pasta for dinner two nights in a row.

My daughter stayed there for 3 nights while my wife and I were up the street. Very elegant lobby and rooms. Food was good. Service was good.

Centrally located hotel. Bedroom with loft simple and pretty. A little too high the temperature inside the hotel. Staff helpful.

We stayed here due to a smartbox overnight. The staff is friendly, the ambiance very nice and especially the location is very central. Downfall is the cleaning which is not cheap despite the positive elements.

Other than our room and bathroom being small, the location and staff were outstanding. I don't plan spending much time in a room when I'm on a trip, so the size doesn't bother me. The staff went out of there way to make our stay enjoyable.
