Courtesy, hospitality, pampering to customers, cleaning, attentive service, the workers at their work are all available and prepared. Great cuisine, delicious spa : everything is taken care of in the smallest detail. Definitely to try, and not just once. The rooms are clean and quiet. A round of applause for Mrs. Giuliana and her daughter Simonetta who follow everything with a discreet eye. You can see I've been in the industry for so many years. And on the last day of the stay we found, as a complimentary, in the room a delicious lavender handy soap. Rested, refreshed and relaxed. We will be back very willingly! ❤️

Wonderful hotel, clean and full of amenities!
The staff is extremely kind and dedicated to their work, it is in fact the extraordinary qualities of the employees that make this hotel a real cozy home suitable for all ages. The food is delicious, the chef has a thousand ideas and solutions also for vegetarians/vegans. Breakfast is full of choices with always fresh and different desserts.
The cleanliness is impeccable in every corner of the building.
I've had one of the best weeks of my life and I'll definitely be back soon!

Rooms are clean and quiet, nice pool, the breakfast was excellent with so much choice, then dinner with a wide selection of vegetables, in addition to the a la carte menu, I found myself always good, staff helpful and polite, we go back often…

Hotel of old structure but well functional with adequate staff, apart in the wellness center that seemed to be careless schoolgirls and every minute we were filmed for a nothing, actually a little too strict. The rest great, good level the massages… good and plentiful choice of breakfast.

Great facilities… nice staff… very clean rooms… excellent cuisine… breakfast buffet abundant… spa Curatissima… nice swimming pool with hydro massage and chromotherapy… As soon as we can. Back!

I was last Wednesday with my girlfriend, we had a great time and we think to come back sooner or later… Quiet and absolute friendly environment reign supreme. The only flaw we found the other treatments a bit expensive… But overall no doubt a very good structure, congratulations…

Hotel with very good comfort. Place in an ideal place to visit the Val d'orcia. Breakfast was very good Perfect quality price. Ample and free parking. Great for us.

Clean, well served, friendly staff, spa available, good food. Warm and relaxing atmosphere. Only ones in that didn't make me put the fifth star is that the rooms are a bit dated (at least in one of the two facilities where I stayed) and the parking is small to hold all the customers cars. I will be back for sure.

Good value for money Staff very helpful and shrewd. The cheap rooms are not beautiful but spacious, the view on the hills is gorgeous and you also enjoy from the restaurant. Excellent also the spa services and wonderful animators. Altogether really satisfied. The breakfast is great at the buffet and recommended. The staff are always helpful and courteous. The environment that is created even if passing is great. The restaurant Apart from the velvety that I really liked and the dessert, it was not very satisfactory, otherwise the stars would have been five. For the rest, great stay. Still recommended.

Then I state that if it were not an old structure would deserve more… said this I want to list all the qualities that has staff friendly and helpful… always with the smile I stayed 24/25/26 the reception always available the animators Giusy and Davide two Angels that always have and I say always made fun my son and nephew and that's why it is not enough to thank them… Angela down at the spa with her massages do not tell you absolutely magical and to end up in the room not less always very kind and helpful… The value for money is just as I said before it would take some renovation… but believe me I'm fussy It is very but the availability of the staff pays off everything… advice to those who want to have fun and rest (however the spa is new only the hotel and rooms should be restored)

We stayed at this hotel x one night: from the outside it looks like a nice hotel entering it looks very good with large spaces spa accessible directly from the room through the elevator. Our room facing the elevator was small with two beds joined and uncomfortable small bathroom mattresses. Breakfast did not make us crazy.

Awesome pool, but couldn’t let staff know not to clean the room. Breakfast was decent and staff were very friendly. Location was pretty good too next to a main st. Wifi good as well. Think I left my tweezers there through.

Solidly built with fine fixtures, a good restaurant and wonderful views. Helpful staff, room balconies.

4 days stay from 25/9 to 28/9/17. I have to say in its elegant and clean simplicity, clean rooms, very well cared, professional and relaxing spa, although we have used the only water salon. Continental breakfast rich and sweet made by the chef of the structure, dinner simple, essential and rich. The hotel staff, professional, helpful and solar that infuse positive energy, also the waiters of room, nice and the hand over already expressed for the staff in general. Finally I thank Teresa, Pamela and Mrs. Simonetta for the treatment received. I recommend it to all those who need to regenerate from daily stress. I will definitely stay here again.

It's a paradise on earth.

This is perfect hotel! All the stuff is absolutely professional and very kind. The food was delicious: fresh and full of taste and heart in it. Thousands of variants for vegetarians and vegans, even deserts. Every meal very reach (for dinner: soup, pasta, main meal and dessert ➕ vegetable bar and fruit bar with every meal) Room service every day, good air conditioning, swimming pool inside and solarium on the roof with stunning view, good spa treatments in the hotel by request. Coffee and alcohol bar in the hotel. Santa Aqua (healing natural water) to available to buy at the desk. Therms in the center, just few minutes to go. Really strong recommend place by me and my husband!

Internet is slow. Check-in with large group is cumbersome. Pillows hard. But it's a bed and you can sleep there.

Great for taking refuge for a few days, very clean spacious room with views of the hills the bathrooms maybe they had a problem to clean sewers k pur felt a heavy smell from sinks, kitchen would have preferred more plentiful dishes a can't narrow but very good cream of carrot soup was great. Staff very friendly and professional. I recommend it to young people no longer than 3 days mostly xk Chianciano doesn't offer much. We went there earlier this week. And the sensory Spa did come 2 you pay 1.

I was there about ten days ago and was treated literally as a queen. The extreme kindness and helpful of the staff from the reception, to the dining room at the fantastic Spa are absolutely to be commended. The property is in a somewhat ungrateful position, has its age and a few wrinkles but defends itself very well with an excellent organization of spaces and activities. Remarkable cleanliness and small (large) tricks such as the Spa kit sealed and customizable with the room number. I found the good cuisine but here I would allow myself to make a suggestion: considering the symbiosis with the spa it would be interesting to have even dishes a little more in tune with the spirit detox, draining, light etc. In any case, for me it was a beautiful experience to relive as soon as possible. Thank you again!

It is not the nicest people in the world but it's spa is a place where to relax at home. And drive now you can go in a short time to see nearby villages.

I spent a vacation in Villa Ricci including Eve 2015 \ 16. I found myself very well, the food is good and plentiful, staff friendly and very helpful, the rooms not brand new but large and clean the pool is large, and very hot water. There is a health club with specialized staff.

Bella bella, 10 pool heated and with listenable music underwater. Rooms from 6-7 a clean but functional and clean. Eat yummy beyond expectations.
Nice staff, friendly and ultra responsible: had burned out light in bathroom, less than 15 Min and was already replaced.

Comfortable and clean, furniture years 70. In my view to refurbish a bit. Delicious cuisine with a choice besides buffet also à la carte. Friendly and helpful staff. The holistic massage. Wonderful, performed by experts and professionals. The dearest. Antonella and sara. I have to admit that we were pampered. Well worth a visit. We certainly will be back. I spent a weekend in this beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff both at the reception and at the restaurant where they serve good food. The Spa is very well maintained and the staff puts everyone at ease the customer with courtesy and kindness. Also regarding the spa treatments my judgment is more than favorable. I hope to return soon for a period of relaxation.

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are big and clean although it should be a little redecorating. In the price there is nothing included for access to the spa, we took advantage of some discounts when staying there but at least access to the pool could make it free for hotel guests. (Are fabulous! ) and other services, in my opinion, just the small discount that already apply.
Staff at reception were friendly, polite, professional and always helpful.

Nice hotel and clean, but from a hotel that advertises so much its SPA I expect some service is included in the price, with additional € 20 per couple you access only to the communal pool, and all other treatments are subject to charges. This disappointed me and not a little. For the rest comfortable and friendly staff.

We were at the weekend to mid-September and enjoyed it very much. Really nice the pool and next time we'll try the massage rooms.
Great lunch and dinner with a choice and varied breakfast in the morning. The rooms are clean and the staff very efficient. Kudos to the Director and to those who work there.
