Well-maintained and clean property a short walk from the centre with the owners very welcoming, helpful and kind. We will definitely be back.

Just a few meters from the center, the pedestrian island and the from… Shopping. Quiet environment; courtesy, friendliness and staff availability throughout. A good breakfast, the restaurant offers good Tuscan cuisine and, for hotel customers, a discount.

Attention beautiful scam the photos does not present at all reality.
The worst, no pool and we don't tell you anything. Arrangement with nearby hotel has 750 meters for the pool.
The buffet is ridiculous the fruit not good.
For gluten-free chocolate rice cakes, vacuum bread small cake and rosemary biscuit from COOP.
Given the selection of breakfast products and achievements it doesn't make you want to try the restaurant.
Our upper room without bad. The smell comes from the kitchenette.
Otherwise we have another room overlooking the restaurant trash cans.

Room delivered with 50 minutes late, in the afternoon we could not sleep due to the noise due to the housekeeping go on until the 16:30. Hotel chosen for the pool provided, not yet active to 27 May "cause bad weather"… order, cleanliness and little else.

The Hotel Residence San Gregorio in Pienza, a few steps from the centre, is a beautiful hotel with restaurant, a nice swimming pool and a nice garden. Nice rooms, spacious, clean and with all the amenities you need. Breakfast, WI FI and parking included in the price. In the evening great dinner at the restaurant, with starter, first, second, side dish, dessert and coffee at a low average price. Both the front desk staff and the one at the restaurant are very welcoming, professional and polite. Recommended for those who are in the area.

Splendid hotel in the heart of Pienza. Ideal for visiting the beautiful Val d'orcia and Tuscany. Helpful and prepared Staff. The days of October with a wonderful sun have done the rest. Open car and away to the beautiful hills, then return to "home". Private parking and covered in the centre of Pienza a plus not to be underestimated.

Great Location in the centre of Pienza. There are mini-apartments with living room, dining area, kitchenette and bedroom. All very elegant. Fine but affordable restaurant and superb breakfast with sweet and savory. Great address to spend a few days in Tuscany.

The Hotel is in a strategic position for visiting the city of Pienza, and comes with garage, definitely very convenient. We stayed in a lovely suite very spacious and comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean both in the common areas. Yummy the Hotel restaurant where we serve an excellent breakfast buffet, rich and delicious.

Stayed here 5 nights after first trying a different hotel. So glad we moved. The other hotel was similar cost but much much more old and tired with shabby furnishings and weak air conditioning. This hotel has obviously been recently re-furbished. It has an excellent location merely 1/2 block from the entrance to old town Pienza. The staff was great. Breakfast was top notch. I highly recommend this place.

Just returned from a short break at the hotel san gregorio, recommend, nice big rooms, excellent restaurant of the hotel itself, adjacent to the Center. We will definitely be back. Also, something to be reckoned with, the kindness of the owner and his son.

My partner and I stayed at this property on January 2014 for four days. The friendliness and helpfulness of the owner, and his son Nicholas, is something very uncommon! In addition to the aforementioned merits, we should add the bubbling sympathy for Miss Francesca! Cristina says that you rarely encounter people as well! The staff in the restaurant which is part of the hotel, it was not for less!
