Natalie, Giovanni, Tamara & the entire family we’re nothing short of passionate, welcoming and completely at ease with our constant gaggle, humor and ineffectiveness at pasta making! Certainly a highlight of our stay in Tuscany, we absolutely adored the opportunity to join the gang at Podere Paugnano for a session of pasta making and gorgeous lunch afterward! The perfect Tuscany setting, a vibrant agriturismo, and a very lovely family. We recommend it highly! We had dinner with Giovanni’s family and it was one of the highlights of our trip!

Sometimes it is necessary to go "outside" to fix the "inside" and sometimes the outside is so nice that the inside is your system in a flash and you feel yourself in the center of the world surrounded by Beauty, Harmony, Bliss, Passion, Life. I said sometimes and not all can happen but I assure you that this is the right place to make such a thing happen. 4 apartments immersed in the green of the hills of Val d'elsa. Meadows, flowers, animals, you will frame. In the green and in the nature. John and Joan have guarded this place in a perfect way, animals are treated very well and the food is absolutely organic and of the highest quality. Simple flavors, good and appettitosi because they have the nature and the respect in. Oh, I forgot, there is also the swimming pool with views of the valley that will captivate you completely. Highly recommended for families, groups of friends, nature lovers and travellers looking for an experience that satisfies all The 5 senses.

I heard all about this farm before I visited but never imagined the wonderful experience awaiting me. The accommodations were outstanding: tastefully appointed rooms with their own baths plus a large kitchen and living area for every two bedrooms; a large community kitchen where Giovanna and her two daughters cooked gourmet Italian meals fit for royalty; a pastoral setting awash in colors only Tuscany can produce; and a family and staff so gracious that one immediately feels at home. I could go on and on but words do not do this magnificent place justice. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Beautiful country, farm and family. Not to mention the food. Giovanna is an outstanding cook and baker. Her daughter's are a delight and so helpful. Giovanni the father along with Andrea work so hard. They were very generous in sharing their experience of working with the sheep and letting us see how the cheese is made. Did I say cheese! This is an organic farm and the ricotta and pecorino are the best I've ever tasted! Transcendent! It was a truly wonderful experience.

I am really happy to write a positive review for agriturismo Podere paugnano of Giovanni Porcu. The first thing I make my compliments to Giovanna for how to keep the structure, for the perfection of the details, everything very clean, beautiful, orderly, and that reflects exactly the photos I had seen on the site, and for its friendly welcome, but not only… (including the kitchen with its delicious ravioli that we did find in the house)
I left Turin, I stayed 21 days in April, cozy apartment, which after a little seemed to our house. Surely I'll be back to this gorgeous/beautiful Agriturismo Podere Paugnano, so we could enjoy the pool and live still that air of tranquility that reigns in this beautiful place. (Julio Cesar)
