➜ Don't let it get you wrong — it's very nice!
We are here as a couple in August 2018 and were a bit unsettled because of the sometimes bad reviews. But that was completely unnecessary. On arrival we were received very friendly by Cosimo. Our room is very nice and 100% clean. Also bathroom and toilet absolutely fine. We have also found the system with our navigation system without any problems. The large well-stocked supermarket is less than 10 minutes away by car. The pool is tiptopp and clean. Mosquitoes are only available in the evening in front of the room. Otherwise not. And mosquito spray should be included in Tuscany anyway. In midsummer, an air conditioner would be quite nice, but we got along well with our fan and the right tactics for ventilation. Small prints for the (for us) somewhat uncomfortable loungers by the pool.

The accommodation does not match the photos, poorly maintained, the housekeeping is not done or poorly done, I even found a flashlight under the couch…
Common terrace with pots of flowers that threaten to collapse, not very secure with children.
What about the pool, the first day it was blue but cloudy, the next green and third day closed for technical problem until the end of the stay (4jrs/7). Problem already encountered by a user.

Nice location but. … neglected by leaving the trash in sight and ill-groomed, bags of laundry accumulated around the area which is little followed. Poorly equipped if spacious interiors. Poor and unwelcoming furniture, kitchen equipped to the limit, sanitary (especially showers) obsolete. Change of linen should be mandatory after a week and not granted on request. It is a pity for a place with great potential, desirable a place of common aggregation given the amount and frequenting especially international to which the services are not adequate.
