Good restaurant. Good rooms. Cold pool.

I could only see part of the park and the pool area and adjacent bar where we can order dishes and snacks or aperitif. It's all nice. It would just take a little bit of maintenance. Large parking lot. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very nice but very old, and very little care. Had things broken and in a poor state by all parties. The room is very large but little cared for and in a poor state. I'll be back when I restored everything but not. Ah the very friendly staff that is if.

Beautiful place for events. Holiday… relax one day by the pool or eat something good. A place that offers a lot of activities in perfect peace in Sixth Florentine. The staff are very nice.

I was quite impressed by this structure. In if from the outside you think you're going into a beautiful place, the location is, then inside you are in a castle of horrors…

Upon arrival in the room the basket had paper and an absorbent still as it had not been emptied from the previous night, the small and dilapidated bathroom with rust coming down on the wall (see photo) tub with broken cap, left to pieces on the edge. Breakfast made for two days in a room where you have to chase someone who ignores you to bring a coffee and where at the buffet you find cakes probably prepared for the weddings that there were in the previous days… but still good.
anyway I wouldn't go back except for the location, too bad.

Beautiful authentic estate. Beautiful tree lined entrance. Lovely pool and surrounds. Quaint village. Had a wonderful stay.

Not the very best experience, rooms were not very clean. But if you love mosquitos, that's the place for you ;-)

Well what about, very rude and disagreeable staff.
The rooms were all to be renovated, at least what I visited since my girlfriends and I were in different rooms.
Then we start already with room 204, the floor of the room there was a hole, even the pillow had a little holes. If it was a low ranking hotel, then I wouldn't have commented on this, but since it was a 4 star hotel, I don't think these details can be accepted.

Room 303, for three people, very particular as it was made as if it were two floors, there was a bed up the crat and found two more beds.
Pecca of this room that has bothered me, we start from the bathroom, the door of the shower broken, then when you washed in a few words wet all the bathroom, I went out from the shower that there was the shower mat.
Very dusty room, I laid my glasses on a kind of bedside table, in the morning I was looking for glasses, when I found them, hand full of dust.
The shower with cold water, possible that a hotel does not have hot water, just jolt.
My brother who is very small had to take a shower, but since the water was cold, he could not do it.
We asked, the next morning of why there was no hot water, they said they needed to pay extra, crazy own.
Rooms that do not have a minimum of soundproofing.
I don't know if I missed out on a few more details about the rooms, but these are the things that really left me.

Gentil staff nice and in the nature, at a good price.

Needs work. No maintenance. Fire and smoke alarm wires hanging from the ceiling. Matress springs poking through. TV not working. Swimming pool and tennis court derilect. Nice breakfast.

A hotel immersed in greenery and silence, a few steps from Florence. Silence and tranquility: What it takes after a day's work.

Villa of 400. Nice place indeed. Better need a car. Parking is available within the property.

The villa is nice but needs renovations.
We liked the place but next door they let us stay some rude girls with a dog and this one barked.

There's always no. 1. The courtesy is the mistress… I a beautiful setting a unique and clean location. Suitable for overnight stays where peace and silence reign… and all the feasts of your life to make unforgettable moments. Super Recommended!

I was here for a conference. The place was once very grand, but looks like it's fallen from grace somewhat, probably because it's not in a great part of town, and because it's under the flight path for Florence airport! Am sure it was stunning once, but now only stay if you needa cheap airport hotel or you're on a budget.

Bath without hot water, faucet out of the water with the flow of the even, or water pipes rusty yellow water Super bad breakfast unpalatable some rooms heating is not warm very highly recommended!

Horrible, will never visit again, the rooms are very cold built, the lady at the reception has been puked very rude, the pool is a plastic tub and crowded by the guests who are not hotel guests, the pool boy rips around a place for hotel guests Get. And in the pool things happen that a family with children should not see.

Nice place, nice atmosphere, friendly and prepared staff and great food. Very easy to reach with its suggestive location is a great place to spend the holidays.

Not very warm as a staff. Very nice place, but facilities quite antiquated. We had a water damage in the bathroom and several lights were not working. We had to make several requests before the problems were resolved.

This hotel is trash The rooms look like they came from medieval years. We booked room 2 months ago just to get a main building room, but upon our arrival we have gotten a room above the restaurant. In overall the room looks like some employee was living here with broken phone and barely working ac. i do not recomend this hotel to anyone! not worth any single penny.

We can not control the air conditioning and there was not much to the breakfast but otherwise very good the pool and the staff.

RUDE RUDE Receptionist! I went to ask her about the tours offered in Florence. I waited for her till she was ready for me knowing she had seen me but she came and snapped at me asking me 'what do you want? ' these people are the first people you meet at the place and this is the service you get. Stayed in Italy for 2 weeks and 3 nights in this place and it was my worse experience. They said the swimming pool closes at 7.30 but the guy closed it early at 7 just when we got ready for a dip. They were even rude when we asked them about it. Hated the places because of the admin staff. The restaurant is very nice and the staff is quite good there. Great quality food. The rooms are vintage and old. The heating takes forever to cool the room. The walls are too thin that you can hear other people talking in their bedrooms when you have a shower. Summary: Expensive, rude staff, get a feeling that they do you a favour by letting you live there.

Charming location close to Florence. Rooms a bit outdated, good service and reasonable rate for what it offers. Very nice park sorrounding hotel and swimming pool are a plus.

Cleanness should definitely be improved. And the Vila should be renovated. However, it is still a very good price for what you get. And you really feel like live in the history.

Really nice, a impeccabile service, a beautiful room furnisced with taste, the food of excellent quality. The elegant location for a beautiful ceremony. Recommended.

Romantic place located in a quiet park. The rooms are outdated even if they include the necessary. Nice pool area. Expensive kitchen/restaurant and limited card.

We went there for our 30th anniversary, so we booked the hotel for 3 nights. The room they gave us was not the one we booked, the light kept flickering even when it's switched off. The ac didn't work properly, the swimming pool closes early so when you come back to the hotel after sightseeing on a 30 degree plus and it would be great to have a swim, the service was appalling the staff were rude and the breakfast had limited food. We got to breakfast at 08:30 and mare than half of the breakfast items had finished. I also asked the staff if they could replenish the empty dishes, I but I was told this was all we keep out. If you get here at 07:00, then it won't get finished. When we checked out of the hotel, there was not even an apology.

Lovely place: you wouldn't expect to find a complex so elegant and architecturally interesting in that context.

The furniture is ruined but the villa has a beautiful park.

Beautiful Location surrounded by a small park well cared for. Rooms clean and staff very kind.

Quiet, comfortable, clean.

Don't even think to go there rooms are totally different than in pictures.

Thai doesn't sound like that great of a place, no thankyou.
