Wonderful place. To recommend.

Lovely place, very kind staff and cleanliness in addition to normal. It is the only place where you can smell clean in every part of the structure. The reading room is a piece of paradise. Great facility.

I honestly expected much more. Nice structure, clean and close to the beaches. Unfortunately I expected a staff manager a little more attentive to the customer. Higher cost than reported verbally.

It definitely deserves it. Good strategic area. For those who want to combine wine road, good food. Ancient villages to visit and of course Sea.

Wonderful place for those who want to stay in absolute relaxation.

B&B very nice, the girl at the reception very nice and helpful, spacious and clean rooms, breakfasts with a good choice of sweets and some sliced for those who prefer the salty. Its location is an ideal starting point to visit the villages and beaches of the cecina valley without being at the center of the confusion typical of the most crowded tourist areas.

It deserves a 3 star because unfortunately in the pool there were an exaggerated number of mosquitoes for the rest kind and caring staff.

It's a nice location with a nice garden and a large pool. Friendly reception staff. Unfortunately lacking in amenities (no air conditioning, in the room only a noisy fan, no mobile phone line in the room, rooms with very basic décor). So not good value for money.

Good evening, stay at the property from 31.12.2017 to 02.01.2018. Given that the structure would need more care as a whole, mark it in my opinion that in the value for money, there is too much gap because of the fact that what is offered is less than expected. The rooms lack of safe… in the choice of half board for the period in the topic, or for a single dinner, were not included even drinks that were payable in the immediate to the cashier of the restaurant, before leaving… The year-end dinner presented gaps in the organization and service, in fact in the hall had been placed more tables than would have been necessary to put and the staff struggled to reach the same; Great music, but almost impossible to dance, because the space was absent, although it was advertised the opposite. The staff always nice.

Permanence from 30/12/17 to 01/01/18: The structure would need some small maintenance interventions, the water in the indoor pool was at room temperature, not hot. The staff at the reception and the spa, courteous and professional, as well as that of the restaurant. Good and varied food, both at breakfast and dinner, very good the dinner. Room in the "eyelashes" structure, wide and luminous, directly connected to the wellness centre through covered external corridor, thorough cleaning. Unique, small, missing: the safe. Spacious bathroom. Free Wi-fi and extensive coverage. Overall positive experience.

3 stars as its category. Beautiful from the outside, clean but really simple. Nor cozy or modern, but good for a short stay.

Rooms are ok, could use some care to fix some broken things. No air-conditioning and al the pool beds in the shade where rented out to groupon and when I was away for half an hour to lunch the bed was taken and given to the groupon people by hotel personel.

Kindness, friendliness, great restaurant, spotless setting. Also very suitable for families with children.

DO NOT STAY HERE! nasty unfriendy staff, will not commit to the entry time and their 'emergency' number takes to an answering machines and having to look for a nw place. Still they take tour money without providing a room. Thieves!

Location e servizio perfetti, personale accogliente e gentilissimo. Camere pulite ed in ordine, unica pecca l'appartamento 2+2 presenta una grande entrata a vetri che parzialmente non è possibile richiedere per la notte.

Summer houses, walls very thin (you hear when people snore, sneeze or else:P)

The facility is nice, but management leaves much to be desired! Major problems to cash in from suppliers.
