Very close to the tower of Pisa.

Hotel in the average value for money good and plentiful breakfast was not lacking anything, staff well available and affable.

Located in the immediate vicinity of the Leaning tower, somewhat in the years, functional, air-conditioned rooms, comfortable bed, breakfast ok, very friendly receptionist, expensive parking in the yard, which is accessible for large cars with difficulty, an option for Tourists not only staying in Pisa for a few hours.

Good place to stay and breakfast is really good xD.

Medium-sized Hotel with an enviable location: at 50 meters from the door that enters the square of miracles. The prices are average/low as the services that, although not contemptible, are not at the height of the place. The palace had to be originally for housing then converted to the hotel as it is known from the bathrooms created for service needs. Very few parking spaces for customers but for a fee (14 €/day) in the garden behind the structure, however convenient because less expensive than the other parking spaces outside. There are rooms with visibility on the tower. Bus stop in front entrance, 20 minutes walk from the RFI station.

We had a lovely stay. Very good location, nice room with view at the tower of Pisa, every day clean big towels, good breakfast and very friendly personnel. Also gave us information about Pisa. Our flight was cancelled and it was no problem to stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location near MiracleS Square. The hotel would need modernization, especially the rooms on the upper floors.

Don't hide your face, this property is not a luxurious property.
But if you want to spend a pleasant time right next to the place of miracles this property is for you.
The rooms are spacious as well as the bathroom.
Our room was very clean and overlooked a beautiful view.
Lunch is ok.
And the welcome is very warm.
In short this hotel offers great value for money.
I recommend it without worries, as it is more than likely that I will return.
The only downside is that the bedding is very firm.

Noisy in the morning unfortunately when they start cleaning up. Walls are quite thin.

Old palace, the room served it's purpose. Good breakfast, great staff, clean.

Great Hote, clean and courteous staff. Discreet breakfast. Outside leaves a bit to be desired but the interior is very pleasant. A walk from the Tower.

In near close to Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa. Simple and functional rooms. We had a back-facing room which was quiet. The start of the Pisa marathon is close to near. The hotel is therefore well suited for marathon runners.

Simple Hotel. Friendly staff especially the Buffet waitresses and floor waitress. Very good attention. Very familiar Hotel in the middle of the tourist city. 100 meters from the tower of Pisa. Totally recommended. A very poor continental breakfast. But good quality price very well.

Hotel needs a refurbishment. Cleanliness is ok. "Good breakfast" was marketed however it was quite limited as regards options. Available options included in breakfast were some Italian pastries, buns, cereals and 3 cold cuts and one type of cheese. Some gluten free options (very limited) were available. Gluten-free bread cereal etc were provided upon request.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. The property is a short walk from Pisa S. Rossore station and the central square. The rooms have all the necessary amenities and are comfortable and clean. Service staff helpful and very friendly. Breakfast is good but perhaps not varied: empty croissants, biscuit slices, cereals, jams, sandwiches and usual slices for a salty breakfast.

Perfect location, good rooms, got parking at the back but really tricky if you have a large car. Minutes walk to central. Staff is competent.

Standard 3 Stars Hotel with a really great location. Beautiful view from the balconies right to the Pisa tower. The air conditioner was not cold at all.

Wi-Fi only in the lobby suitable for netflix.

Замечательный отель, в 200 м от Пизанской башни, рекомендую брать номера с окнами во двор, они тихие, и там можно хорошо выспаться. Предметно — номер 37. A brillaint hotel next to the Pisa tower, only 200 mteres awy on foot, I recommend you to reserve the rooms with a backside view because they are more silent and you will be able to sleep well.

The staff were very helpful and the room was very nice.

Bathroom is about 30cm*40cm! you cant bow your body, you'll very difficult to take a shower if you're a bit fat! And the WIFi need one device one password, it's OK! But the signal is Very Very poor, poor than 2G! Far away from Pisa Center Station… Nothing recommend EXCEPT FOR confirmming what I said.

I spent a baeautiful time At this hotel, It was so confortable And The receptionist was Very Kind. I think i'll return if necessary again.

After agreeing the price for Easter and buffet breakfast. Before departure there buffet changed price. We didn't really.

The restaurant has a very bad organization, waiting for an hour to eat the first cold … the meat very badly … Big disappointment!

Easy accessible from airport and train station. I asked in an email, if they could offer us a room on third floor with Piazza Duomo view, and on arrival we're pleased to be allocated such room. Large bathroom. And very tasty croissants for breakfast.

Excellent view of the tower from the front rooms and the bus stop is right outside the hotel for the airport & station…

I stayed for one night in a single room, so the experience was limited but good. The hotel is a stone's throw from campo dei miracoli, literally on your doorstep! Very easy to reach with the red line lam, which among other things connecting the train station and airport. The staff is courteous and friendly, both in the lobby and breakfast room. Large room (mine was the 27), clean, equipped with all facilities you need. Maybe not well soundproofed, this one. Buffet breakfast free, plentiful and decent selection. I recommend it.

Very nice view of tower of Pisa. + staff is humble. 10euro taxi from train station. Affordable and good value for money. Recommended.

Hotel overlooking the Piazza dei Miracoli. Correct price, breakfast included in the price. Private parking nearby (extra charge). Considering the central place and the price — certainly recommended. Staff helpful and courteous.

We had a one night stay with a room overlooking the leaning tower of Pisa, our welcome and service from the staff was excellent, it made our stay most enjoyable.
