Great breakfast but sad rooms. The current cranes and souls were particularly dejected. There are also no glasses or cups in the room.

Great value for money. Very basic suitable for those who have to make trips functional and economical. Breakfast.

People cozy, parking place guaranteed, in the suburbs so quiet, room clean and tidy… if you have to find a defect in the shower is a little too small… very good.

Excellent structure to visit Pisa. It allows you to reach the monuments in a few minutes. Very clean and cured. Very nice staff I recommend it.

The hotel is cheap (at least in winter), even if it is on the edge of Pisa. However, there are a few other things to note. For example, the airport of Pisa, whose launching and Landenende planes you hear well.
The breakfast buffet does not offer a large selection (two cereals, a cheese, a sausage variety, a few jams, a few drinks), however, always seems to be replenished enough. Sometimes you have to ask for new cutlery. Since we didn't have half board, I can't judge the dinner.
The room itself was a bit cramped and the rooms were very comfortable. But if you don't have too much luggage and spend most of your time outside, you can find the rooms very nice. Also, our room had a balcony from which you could not see much but still can go out briefly. The room also has air conditioning.
The bathroom itself is also not too spacious, but has not been disturbed any further, except perhaps when showering. One point, which is to be mentioned here in any case, is that through the closed door to the bathroom everything is still almost undamped to the outside, so the privacy is impaired.
The room service seems to be cleaning well and will replace the towels as usual when they are on the floor. Soap and shower gel are also available as well as cups for toothbrushes.
Other: There are plenty of parking spaces, but I don't know if there is one for each room. In any case, there is no fixed assignment.

Clean and comfortable room with free private parking. Very helpful staff who provided great suggestions for dinner and free parking to visit the Tower of Pisa. I recommend it.

Perfect welcome. Friendly and professional staff. Very small room Clean and cozy. Breakfast is quite varied and self service. Cappuccino and coffee are from the vending machine. All abundant anyway.

Very good breakfast, personnel is kind and welcome you in the best possible way. Room was a little bit small, though, with some little problems/issues for taps not closing perfectly.

The toilet was not clean. You could still see the traces of the predecessors. The shower shower was leaking that you barely got water.
The room was full of mosquitoes and also the turn of all were smeared with dennen.

Very good hotel located about 4 miles from the Centre of Pisa. Parking is secure and free of charge. The staff are friendly and friendly. Feel free to ask them for good addresses. The rooms are very clean as well as the bathrooms. The breakfast is very nice.

Easy check-in and checkout but the hotel room and bathroom is uncomfortably small. They don't even have water boiler in the rooms. I could also find mosquitoes inside the room. Breakfast is average.

It could be improved in some aspects, but in general, considering the price it was good. The breakfast was good, good variety, but the coffee was undrinkable, has tea instead.

Very quick checkin and checkout, with friendly staff. The breakfast is abundant and surprisingly good for what we paid. I recommend the cappuccino! Was amazing! Also strategic place if you are by car, 'cause you can reach the city center in less then 5 minutes. On the other side, small bed, and small room, but overall good quality considering the price. I paid 42€ for a night for two in a double room.

A hotel which is really recommended for those who move in the city of Pisa for business or leisure. Very close to the hospital of Cisanello not far from the centre of the city. Nearby distributors of gasoline with car wash, the multiplex cinema, the mall Pisanova Esselunga, old wind west, etc. Cheap prices, very friendly staff, breakfast was very good. What do you want more!

Very well received the reception is excellent, rooms corresponds to what is described.

A neat budget option. Its only drawback is the distance from the center. But the district, as far as I can judge from buildings and cars — respectable. This is not a five star luxury hotel. It is a modest clean tidy inexpensive European hotel. Great staff. We stayed there only one night and did not have time to take advantage of all the services they offer. The Breakfast was amazing. All you will get is worth more than what you pay.

The best value for money we have seen on our tour of Europe. The rooms were perfect for travellers looking for a simple place to stay for the night. Hotel staff are excellent and the room included a free continental breakfast.
