Owner very helpful clean room and friendly facilities OK for a visit to Pisa the Top!

I warn everyone from this proposal. They were reserved at the hotel Gli Arlecchini B&B Pisa passing passes, with uncertain connection. The need to register up to 20 hours was not obvious on the page of the hotel (apparently it was necessary to fall into the "other conditions" that driving is not very convenient, on the main it is not). They were registered after 19 hours, almost in 20:00. There were 2 calls from GB, which answered that due to communication problems the offer to contact by SMS (or other messengers in writing). No SMS was received. On arrival faced with a locked door. The staff were very friendly and very friendly and very friendly. Also surprising is the lack of opportunity to leave a review of the hotel on other sites, I write here, because we do not want others to find themselves in this situation! Gli Arlecchini B&B-a disgusting solution for travelers!

My only criticism is because of the publicity they make about the bathroom. The bathroom can be used by anyone who has the key and I think they give it to all the guests.

The interior leaves the impression of a cozy place, but in March the rooms are very cold. Air conditioning is only available in summer, so there is no possibility to warm the room in the spring. One more minus-to make even a simple breakfast independently is rather difficult, it is necessary to look long in cabinets of a kitchenette and something to invent. In the description of booking it was written that arrival at 12:00, but we had to wait under the doors for almost an hour and even ask the guy from the neighboring house to call the hostess of the hostel. Summing up, I can say that this is not the best place for accommodation.

Bad staff, disorganized and incompetent, I dare say also that racist.

The rooms are clean but there is no bidet and breakfast is not included.

Bed & Brekfast with decadent air, clean aveptablemente rooms, with too many textile elements of dubious tact. Poor lights and desfadadas, towels with holes, cold at night.
Wi-Fi impeccable.
In four days they did not pass to clean, to change the towels or to empty the wastebasket of the WC.
Door the folding bathroom that did not isolate it from the expensive room for what it offers.

Cozy place and very welcome. The bed was not very comfortable, but it let you sleep if you like a stiff mattress.

The hotel is generally pleasant. Friendly staff.

Simple but pretty nice rooms. Very cosy inside. There wasn't cold but still I didn't like that they didn't have blankets.

Cosy and quiet room with en-suite, ideal for budget travel. Location is ideal for the train station, and about 10 mins walk from the main tourist sites. Only 5 mins walk from shopping district.

I was unfortunately very disappointed — doors are made of glass frames and just covered with wood. Windows are very thin, you can hear everything that happens outside. The room was clean but it looked dirty due to the very old furniture.

My room was very comfortable and my host was there for anything I needed. Breakfast was very basic but enough to start the day. The location was great for me and within walking distance to attractions.

This hotel is not for from Pisa centre train station. Its very nice place and cheap.

But at 20, 0 euro for animals. Tad for a while.
