Super beautiful facility in the mountains is worth it! At the beginning of June it was very pleasant "empty"

Cozy place affordable prices and you find a little of everything.

Well, let's start by saying that as soon as the air conditioning came on, a fuss came out!
There were no soaps or anything, just a dip of poor liquid soap, which was made from hand soap, foam bath and shampoo
The room was awfully old and scruffy… The fridge wasn't working well! We put cans (since that fridge there were only 3 bottles water of a brand never heard before) and the next day was almost still room temperature!
My bed lacked the pillow and in my parents' pillow, there were hard ones, but hard! In conclusion, we slept all three without pillow!
Breakfast was poor and not quite quality…
The cleanliness was not the best, honestly, it is not really conceivable that a 3 star is so!
I'LL NEVER GO BACK.

Good hotel. Great value for money.

It's not a hotel to spend romantic moments, but as a landmark, breakfast, like cleanliness and comfort, it can be fine.
Of course there are no hair caps, but if you go for work, it's more than fine. Wi-Fi smashes, very powerful. Breakfast is enough, sandwiches, pizzas, brioches, juices, hard-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, cakes. All right. Then go down into the lobby and go to the legendary Maurizio of the Cosimo De Medici Restaurant.
It might be a nicer hotel, but apparently it doesn't care about the property.
For work I recommend it and also for a short time.
5-star in its kind.

Hotel near Barberino del Mugello exit on the A1 motorway.
In the immediate vicinity is the Outlet Barberino Designer and not far from the Mugello circuit and Florence.
The hotel's property is a bit dated but overall everything is tidy and clean.
The rooms are a bit retr's and they're not huge but absolutely clean despite there being carpet on the floor.
The reception is always manned and the staff is courteous and helpful.
Parking is inside the property and is free.
Great value.

Francamente non mi sono trovato molto bene. Le camere spoglie e con lo stretto necessario. Puzza di fumo nei corridoi. Colazione di scarsa qualità. Unici vantaggi, comodo e relativamente economico.

The Hotel was very nice and clean. Poor Wifi with several disconnections in one evening.

Excellent location as Roma-Nord stop. They could make the rooms a little less basic and keep more maintenance (see Baths, shutters, lights)

Good hotel, strategically located. Close to the exit of the motorway but especially next to two restaurants that I propose a masterful Fiorentina.

Nn is a romantic place but the rooms are big and super clean… so x who is around x work is great… good breakfast too…

Cozy atmosphere. Helpfull staff, clean large and comfy rooms with balcony. Fresh quality breakfast plus a good busy restaurant next door. Recommended for Barberino Designer outlet being just opposite, to visit Florence (20/30 minutes by bus or car) or for an overnight stay while travelling.

Structure right at the exit of the highway. The rooms are quite basic but very clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Internal parking. Breakfast.

Like a mirage in the desert just off junction of Barberino is the hotel. The room and especially the bed. We had a good time.

Excellent location, rooms and especially beds not up, positive baths.

Very friendly atmosphere with the best brands at unbeatable prices.
I go there often.

Passing in front of the store "Tailor Club" I noticed, featured, a vest and a tie for ceremonies, and having to complete my double kit I joined to try products and possibly buy them. The sales employee, however, said that vest and tie were sold only in conjunction with a comprehensive.
Great, so how come featured vest and tie were priced without specification? And how come you were presented with a suit?
Poor communication and misleading, not worthy of a shop in the center of an Outlet so nice. However I have found, in another shop, the product and the customer service I was looking for.

Great location near exit Barberino del Mugello. You buy well. Discounts of 30 to 70%

Clean, wonderful accessible to everyone and especially with lots of shops all with discounted prices.

Beautiful outlet, not only for the shops there (albeit in smaller numbers than other similar centre that I visited), but especially for their attention to architectural details and cleanliness make it a gem in the heart of Tuscany. It's just nice to walk in the middle of the route, between bridges and streets finely built.
