The staff were very courteous but lacked the transparency.
The price is not inclusive of tourist tax (€5 per head per day)
The rooms, the reception and the breakfast room, are on the same floor, so there is always casino, especially in the morning.
But the most annoying thing was the cleanliness. Dust everywhere and bathroom not cleaned by previous guests. Tiny shower and clogged drains. Honestly not worth the price paid. Discouraged.

The area is quiet near the train station. Pleasant Stay, clean room and breakfast service with rich buffet. Mr. Gianni was kind and likeable. Good!

Great Place! All perfect! Central area without being in the confusion. The owners are always courteous and welcoming. Recommended for couples and families.

Period residence placed inside a condominium not far from the centre of Florence. The owner was very courteous to me and my boyfriend and gave us the option to add to our Smartbox the breakfast buffet. Very nice room, clean, with everything you need, in style "vintage" in line with the rest of the residence. Ideal for a few days stay in this beautiful city!

Here in Spain is called Hostel, with the distinction that they are clean here. Residence, because in no place puts hotel only a paper stuck in an automatic porter with the person in charge, because it says it has a reception 24 hours and there you receive no one. Dirty, expensive. The eighth of scoring that they give serious when they opened it, because that does not reach a 1.
The most beautiful decor you have are ashtrays full of butts, bones of alones, rubble in the yard and dry plants. I don't recommend it to anyone. I have photos to combrobar my veracity.

I highly recommend this wonderful historic residence to all who really want to be 2 minutes from the central station and at the same time feel at home. The staff are very kind and always helpful for any request you can make. Oltretall are an inexhaustible source of useful information about what to do and see in the city, museums to visit, excursions and also where to eat well without spending a fortune. The rooms are all modern and tastefully decorated. Suitable for everyone, families, couples, friends or even for work that is, you will be fine. And to finish not to miss the beautiful terrace rich in plants that to drink a coffee and relax before the city visits is really ideal. I will be back soon.

It is the second year that I choose the Court of Princes. It was a very nice room. Breakfast I'm always good.

The service is very kind, altough the place is noisy. The rooms are clean and modern, so overall it's a good place.

My wife and I have stayed in this hotel for 4 days and have been very satisfied. The room was large with air conditioning, bathroom was new, breakfast was good, staff very friendly and helpful.
From the hotel to the old town about 15 minutes walking distance.
Preis-Leistung OK was for us.

I travel a lot for business or vacation, and at this property I found a high quality in all respects. Service, availability and cleanliness, to find flaws in this structure it takes a degree of fussiness outside of normality. This should be a blog that helps travelers get a correct idea of the structure. And I'm sorry for me (I use that term gentile) as I see people write total falsehoods, one thing can like it or not, but you describe at least the facts … do not trust some comments. Negative. Are actually fakes having stayed there and having seen the efficiency that we at this facility. I highly recommend it.

Flunked! the bathroom is not the same photo is much smaller than the shower consists of a curtain cleaning poor towels not very clean the staff at how unhelpful and unprofessional however varied and rich breakfast.

Very romantic! Not a hotel as featured on the site but a bed and breakfast!
A hovel, dirty, rude, beds are too small and not to mention the bathrooms. Impossible not to catch diseases! We changed accommodation after just a few hours! Never again!
