We're already leaving! That it was good to visit Florence every day and bathe on our way home by bus 23 ATAF. This very friendly and smiling staff from the Director to Gina not to mention their colleagues at breakfast by the pool … Location Of South Florence we recommend for lovers and families tchao.

Nice staff from reception to restaurant bar. Nice clean pool. Room space but I would take off the carpet really unhygienic. Large parking lot.

Convenient location x wide parking, proximity exit highway Florence South. We use the meeting room very often, which is spacious, bright and equipped with everything you need. Staff available to fulfill all requests.

Has the best buffet breakfast.

Wonderful staff in a very adequate hotel, close to the autostrada, 2.5 km from city center and visitor sites.

Rooms cleaned badly (accumulated dust…) and ruined by time.

The bar is already closed at 10pm.
Very nice pool area but with a few sunbeds (in the morning at breakfast you have to bring yourself towels to occupy them).

Hotel location is very beautiful. Can see hills and lot of trees from the room. Connectivity by bus is okay. 3 bus stops close to hotel. Breakfast is good, needs improvement in terms of menu items. Staffing is good, but not very informative.

Hotel easily accessible, with ample parking. The strutturq is about 10 minutes from the centre and has a bus stop within walking distance. Very courteous and prepared staff. Clean and very spacious rooms. Breakfast plentiful, restaurant service with pool view. Recommended.

Unfortunately poorly maintained hotel, poor maintenance and no attention to detail. We also had a bathroom failure with obvious loss of water from the bin that was not resolved, indeed, from the reception they sent a porter who denied the evidence. Upon arrival the room was free of wipes and welcome kits. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Convenient and close to the. Shops nn too far from the center if you have a means of locomotion!

THE CAMERA: the bathroom
My cute and cozy, bathroom cleanliness really is. Questionable, powder in the dish where plastic bics and boxes with cufiettes, powder and old detergent outside the detergent dispensers are placed, the towels were damp!
Bed area: it was quite clean, although dust and remnants on the floor I found, fridge bar quite stocked!
Very very comfortable bed, (I slept well) The double pillows in the closet nn are there and in my bed I had one high and one low! Too bad we couldn't choose, since we both wanted the high cushion.
BREAKFAST
Basic but stocked with good products! Don't expect super presentations! The cakes are great, the staff available. If you're sleepy you know that at 10 o'go, and goodbye breakfast! The restaurant is poolside, nice feeling waking up and having breakfast poolside.

IN CONCLUSION I recommend it if you are looking for accommodation with a great price in Florence without pretensions pindalic, with kind and professional staff; this hotel is for you!

Great place. Friendly staff. Good bed and fantastic shower. Very clean and good breakfast. Swimming pool was lovely and in close proximity to the busstop.

It's a nice little hotel, clean, nice breakfast just don't try to get an iron from the front desk I asked for one the night we came and waited and waited… we left and never got it, every time I went and asked for it somebody else had it, apparently they had one for the whole hotel. Don't get me wrong, everything else was good for the price and location.

Very average hotel. A bit far from the city. Dated exterior, Modern interior. Room had a smell, though the hotel had an air freshener plugged in so they seemed to be aware. Room key failed to work on the first night. Bathroom door was pointless as it didn't shut properly. Close to a bus stop into town the 23, about 10 minutes away from a cigarette shop where you can buy a bus ticket. Pool was nice and clean and the restaurant was nice.

The customer service was great. The lady at the front desk was very helpful unlike other places in Italy. However, the room was NOT clean. We checked in, and after going to our room, we checked out. There was fences smeared on the floor and blood on the toilet in the bathroom. I asked staff to clean it, and they did right away. However, after that, I didnt feel comfortable with staying. Also, the map says it's close to the train station. However, it was a 30 minute taxi ride. If cleanliness is a deal breaker for you, I recommend staying somewhere else.

First impressions of the room was that the decor was awful and the bed was round and weird looking. The curtains were broken and hanging off the rail, you could see where they had used duct tape to try and hold the curtains together, this didn’t work but strangely they left the old duct tape hanging from the curtains. We thought oh well, it’s just a couple of nights, we will make do. The first night was uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and thin and the room is absolutely… infested with mosquitos my husband had 30 bites on his back alone never mind anywhere else. I’m not sure how the mosquitos got in there as you can’t open the windows. The second night I was woken in the night and noticed a mosquito on my face, I squashed it then went to the bathroom to wash the blood off my hands. Upon opening the bathroom door I was hit with the strong stench of skunk weed. I kid you not. I would have got high if I stayed in the bathroom. I called reception to let them know, their reply was “I dunno, one of the guests must be smoking in their bathroom”. Their sheer indifference made me think that this is a common occurrence. We both lay awake listening to the mosquitos and then at 4am the shower turned itself on. It was absolutely terrifying given that the shower was only separated from the bed by a pane of frosted glass that happened to be shattered. Why they would even sell a room with a smashed up pane of glass as the wall between the room and the shower I will never know!

Good service, real continental breakfast, and comfortable rooms. Although, the hotel is far away from the city center, for 24 euros you can get a taxi that will take you to the city (20min). You can also take the bus (number 23) for two euros. I prefer to take the taxi after a long day of sight seeing, quicker way of getting back to the hotel.

Been here before when it was still Holidayinn. Free parking, great service, good breakfast. Bus line 23 will take you directly to the old city.

I use this hotel to do courses. The receptionist are very prepared and ready to find solutions. At the restaurant you eat always different delicacies!

Nice hotel reachable well and where it is not a problem to find a parking nearby not paying. The meeting room not very large but nice, bad the capacity of the sound system and poor air conditioning!

A hotel with lack of maintenance. We stayed one night in the middle of a tour. The hotel is away from the tourist spots. Except in the restaurant, clear signs of lack of maintenance are observed. Cleaning could be improved. There was little evidence of staff. The service of the restaurant and breakfast was adequate.

I'm totally unsatisfied with this hotel, the heater is lost control, so hot, I need to left the window open to get the cold air. The noice is everywhere can't sleep, noice from floor while walking, the noice from evey corner of the room.

Although it is far from the centre it is very well connected by bus to line 23. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good place to stay within walking distance of a bus stop that leaves you in the center of the city in about 15 to 20 minutes the locomotion of the place is pretty good and the hotel has a great banqueting service the bad esque food schedules are very stiff thing that For a newcomer you have to get settled right away or it will cost you to find where to eat.

For a 4 star… surely to be modernized… but very comfortable in the center by public transport. Nice breakfast room poolside and wide choice sweet and savory.

Modern Hotel, comfortable enough to reach the center of Florence. Helpful and courteous staff. It sins the quality of the breakfast, but all in all we enjoyed it.

Unfortunately I give two stars for the almost non-existent Wi-Fi service and I have to warn that all family rooms overlook the side of the avenue. Which is extremely noisy and crowded, plus the windows are not soundproof so you hear the avenue and the other guests from other rooms even what they talk about anyway, it was a torture to reconcile the sleep and passing the bed and the pillows are uncomfortable. The bed is very soft and the pillow very hard.

Good value for money Located 15 minutes by bus from the Veggio Bridge, with very good frequency. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they were very helpful, the location was great. Good breakfast.

Hotel is a bit tired and run down. No safe available on rooms. Breakfast is a plus but staff is a bit stressed so don't expect food or eating utensils to be available when needed. Wifi is free but slow or not working at all on busy times.

The stay in this hotel added to the whole experience of my Florence visit. Breakfast served was better than few of the hotels I stayed in Italy, and having it besides the pool was a great experience. Room size was enough to accommodate a third bed as well. This hotel doesn't offer any bust tickets at the front desk. I had to walk for 10 minutes in the opposite direction to get a ticket from a Tobacco shop and the come back the whole way to take a bus to the main city. My advise is to buy it from the station itself. And buy some additional tickets if you can as the tobacco shops can be closed in the afternoon.

Not most appealing hotel to look at. Interior is much easier on the eye. Rooms are comfortable. Large double bed was lovely. Only a pillow each however. We also returned to our room after room service had been in to clean and found the had left us no towels. Had to call reception for towels which arrived 20 minutes after our call. The hotel has a pool but we did not bother with it as there are many better things to do in Florence.

View on service station, and poor soundproofing. The quality of the room apart from this is correct, and the pool side with nice outdoor bar.

It was a very nice Hotel. The poscine is irrelevant (great, but not really space around, lack of sunbathing, the noise of the road is ubiquitous). The hotel deserves a good refreshment.

A rather disappointing value for money. The pool is open only from 10:00 to 6.30 pm, when you make visits all day and you go home in the evening you would like to be able to enjoy the only appreciable equipment in this hotel. The gym dates from another age and is very small and blind. The breakfast is more correct. The resort is rather poorly maintained and from another time.

A lovely hotel at a great price. The hotel is in a great location, only 15 minutes away from the city centre by bus. Great breakfast is also included with the room. Hotel also has a lovely swimming pool. Great value for money, must stay while in Florence.

Externally the hotel looks pretty bad, inside instead the situation is better. Spacious rooms, in my however there are some problems like the leaking shower and the television which sometimes you do not see, without apparent reason. Pretty good restaurant with normal prices. From a four star you expect a lot more anyway.

Hotel clean and staff helpful and friendly. I was two days in bed and breakfast and morning at breakfast there was a chance to eat anything.

Very disappointing to be honest. We booked in for 3 nights in the deluxe room, which the bed was really comfortable and round! The shower was a double shower with red mood lighting which was nice. The receptionists was nice helpful people with a smile on there faces. But that's all the good bits about the hotel. The rest of it was shocking. I would have honestly gone home if someone offered me the chance. The cleaners didn't clean, left dirty bedding on the bed and towels. Crumbs all over the floor and didn't close the windows. We never opened the windows one but woke up to mosquitoes flying around the room and waking up to them on our face. My girlfriend has been bitten atheist 20 times over her legs and arms. The air-conditioned was intermittent. It would flicker on and off, must be a bad electrical problem. Oh the shower leaked also. This place just needs maintaining! The breakfast time was like a bloody zoo! There wasnt enough seating for people to sit, and the waitresses never kept on top of the food running out. So people was wondering around trying to find food to eat and dishes to eat off. Just poorly organised. The waitresses need to smile aswell, they was like I had just stolen there weekly wages. Miserable buggers. The pool was okay but bit dirty. Leafs and dead flys floating around on the water and sat on the bottom. But the outside shower was absolutely bloody disgusting. There was moss and dirt all in the shower tray.

I stayed at this hotel from 12/26/2014 at 30/12 with my family. It was a memorable holiday. The staff is very helpful, friendly, helpful, attentive and pleasant. The rooms are spacious, new, clean and stylish. The food was exquisite: breakfast plentiful and good. We had the half board, where we enjoyed some delicious, tasty, searched, treated accompanied by dessert. Holiday to be repeated. Excellent all round …

Looks derelict from the front, inside was a bit too modern art for me especially the rooms! Pool times are 10:00 — 18:30 (not early enough for morning swim which was annoying). Chef cooked amazing multi, best meat I've ever tasted, meal! Breakfast was awesome lots of buffet food. Location was pants. Very hard to get into town. Overall though, staff service brings it up to 4 star. Air conditions controls are bonkers.

Great base to explore Florence, Pisa, Siena with your rented car. Buffet breakfast was good. Swimming pool did its job (unfortunately open only 10:00 — 18:30). Dinner was fine. Staff were friendly. Rooms were basic, but clean with effective A/C and working Wi-Fi. The pizza take-away less than a minute across the road was great value for money, and we had one in the room late at night. Yes, the hotel could use a renovation — it does not feel luxurious. We were with two kids and they had a good time in the pool. A few nice restaurants nearby, as well as not very expensive fashion shops, a barber, a pharmacy, a supermarket, etc. Free parking is very convenient.

Old building in disrepair. Appears understaffed to deal with issues as they come up. Our plumbing problem in our room took an over hour to fix with most time spent waiting for someone to come. It's a 20 minute bus ride from the centre of the city if you have a problem with that (although the bus stop is right nearby).

Hotel that offers excellent service at a fair price! Location is absolutely conducive so that by bus in 15 minutes you are in the historical centre of Florence! Highly recommended.

The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Florence. But it's very easy to get city center by bus. There is a big supermarket not far away from the hotel. Near the hotel there is a free parking slot. Repair at the hotel is not the first freshness. It will be good to renovate it a little. The room was dusty in some places, room service sometimes forgot to put a soap, mini-safe was not working. However, the room with comfortable bed was big and light. You can use a mini-bar and have a meal at the restaurant. Wi-fi internet was working without failure. I think that it's a good place for unpretentious tourists.

Deluxe Room beautiful, convenient parking and beautiful pool. It shows that renovating the structure because in some parts it is seen that he has "experienced".
Not near the Centre but my purpose was just to enjoy some relaxation.

Excellent treatment, availability, breakfast full of everything from sweet to savory. Ample parking for cars and trucks. Comfortable and quiet rooms, conditioned and clean. Council 15 +.

Negatives and positives to this hotel. Negatives: 20 minute bus ride to city center, easy to figure out bus but not at all convenient, breakfast is buffet, basically continental with fake eggs and bacon, there were no signs anywhere saying price, no staff to tell you where to pay. So when we checked out I told them we had breakfast and the price was 15E per person! This was the same breakfast we had gotten for free at Rome hotels. When we got in room towel holder fell apart as did bathroom light cover. Doors to hotels close VERY loudly so all morning you listen to what sounds like people slamming doors. Positive: ICE! Clean, basic hotel We bought this on hotwire and were disappointed, who wants to stay in a Holiday Inn in Italia? Not at all Italian atmosphere.
