Cute and clean, great reception and explanation of surrounding sights. Warm and welcoming and VERY comfortable. Room was larger than expected.

The owner is very friendly and helpful for all kinds of information. The property is strategically located where you can reach the most beautiful attractions of the city in a short time. The B&B is cared for in every detail, I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again. Congratulations!

There is a bus stop outside which we did not use. It is the 4th floor of the building and has a few rooms available. Breakfast is provided at cafe Towanda down the street comprising yogurt and fruit, pastry or pancake, coffee, water and orange juice and is simply delightful. The lady who owns it is very nice. Upon arrival the owner gave us a map and pointed out the main sites and a walk we could do to see them all. He recommended a restaurant for supper and to see the sunset (which was beautiful. ) As it was our honeymoon we arrived to find the room decorated with rose petals which was a lovely surprise. The mini bar was reasonable and coffee available in the communal kitchenette. This is not for eating in. There was a safe in the room which was programmable and easy to use. The decor was very modern and stunning to see. The location is very good for the train station and a short walk to most of the sights and restaurants. We were given two codes to access the building which made it feel very secure. There was a (slightly scary) lift available to use. Our room had a terrace which was spacious and had a spectacular view of Florence. We stayed three nights but could have stayed longer. Will definitely come back.

Friendly host, great service. Within walking distance of touristic highlights. Room is clean and comfy.

The host is fantastic. The rooms are clean and modern. There was a deck or small balcony. The bathroom wonderful. They allowed my us to leave our bags all day the day we were checking out and offered that we come take a rest in the lobby and deck during the day. We did that and refreshed and did some planning and then we're off to see more sites before returning at 6 to collect our bags and catch our train. Great restaurant recommendations too. They sent us to a little place two streets over for lunch. The food great and provided fast. Maybe 2 minutes. I recommend this place. A main course, side, water, and wine was 10Eur. And the breakfast they provide is in a modern little age on the bottom floor. When I am back in Florence this is where we will stay!

A fantastic gem only a few minutes walk from the heart of Firenze! Close enough to walk to Il Duomo and Uffizi in 10 minutes, but quiet outside at night. Our room had fantastic views to the north and west. Nice decor, high standard of cleanliness. The staff were all extremely friendly, and could not have done more for us! Thanks guys. I'd also recommend you take them up on the breakfast voucher for the cafe on the street below! Croissants filled with Nutella are not to be missed! We'd definitely come again. Thank you, guys.
