Excelent location but the air conditioner smell was just disgusting. The room wasn't clean enough, though the suite was nice. Recommended to park in Royal Parking outside the city, they bring your car outside the B&B for free (€25 per night)

Door broke. And we were trapped in the room for 2 hours! No help from the hotel at all! We tried calling their emergency numbers frantically and no one picked up the phone. To say we were very stressed out and scared would still be an understatement of the horrid state of fear we were in. Could have died if something happened and we were basically locked in the room with no way of getting out! I stayed there with 60 yr old parents and they were very stressed and terrified! We heard a guest walking past and we banged the door like crazy and yelled for their help; that's how we got out! Basically, the door was broken and you cannot open it from inside, no matter how hard you pulled. We slid the key card underneath the door, and the lovely guest opened it for us from outside! That night, we had to leave our door open because if we closed it we would be trapped again. I have emailed management — both during the event for help as no one picked up the phone, and after to request refund for such a catastrophic night. Till now I still hear nothing from management. The next day we checked out, the receptionist, when aware of the situation, was totally defensive and said we didn't try calling the emergency numbers hard enough. I took her to the room to show her what happened. She laughed and got into the room and closed the door to try to prove me wrong (i refused to go in with her so I stayed outside). And she got trapped herself!

These were perfect suites right in a downtown plaza. It was a great location, had a delicious breakfast provided and was nice and quiet. We had no problems and it was beautiful. The office I on the 4th floor, which wasn't clear when we first arrived but we figured it out! It was amazing and worth it. We went in early November and it was affordable but Italy was still beautiful. Highly recommend.

If I can recommend I think it's really worth it.

Everything is great and amazing: a quasi hotel service and that is located on the floor … original and the particular blow in its interior architectural arrangement. Generosity, courtesy and kindness are at the rendezvous. Small signs of this generosity: kettle, coffee maker, basic drinks at your disposal. The bathroom is also worthy of praise! King size bed and bedding with quality linens.
Highly recommended!
