A tiny hotel but with a large heart. A warm welcome and cheerful breakfast somehow reminded me of hospitality in Tibet (I don’t know why). Thanks to Alberto. We will definitely come back.

An incredible B&B run by incredible people. The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast was delicious. Cannot wait to return for another holiday!

The owner, Alberto and his staff were outstanding through the duration of our stay and beyond. A couple of days prior to our arrival, Alberto contacted us to share his personal contact information and ensure he had the most accurate information regarding our stay. When we arrived in Florence at 12:30pm, we were greeted immediately and checked in to our room. Alberto’s staff took the time to sit down with us and a map to recommend all their favorite “must see” local spots. Everyone at AM Collection went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and enjoyed our time not only at the hotel in Florence in general. Outstanding customer service. Booked this place through AirBnb. I loved my experience. This was probably one of the easiest places to find in my trip.
Once I got there my host explained all about Florence. How easy/difficult it is to walk around town. What he recommends, what wasn't a good idea, what places are poppin'…
Breakfast was served every am. The food was absolutely delicious which really helped with budget planning.
There is no elevator BUT my host helped me out with the luggage… Not only that but exercise doesn't hurt!

Stayed for 4 nights. Great place to stay and the host is really fantastic. Breakfast is delicious. My only caution would be that the downstairs neighbours can be noisy. This isn't the fault of Alberto so no effect on rating!

Just an amazing place to stay in Florence. Great location close to Firenze S. M. N. Station. Alberto and his staff are very friendly and the breakfast was great, with orange juice, cappuccino and homemade cakes. I would come back again certainly!

The room was a decent size compared to most similar places in the area. Great service. The owner makes homemade breakfast cakes for you every morning. We were there over a holiday weekend and the bar across the street was very loud till about 3 am every night. Not the hotels fault though.

This was exceptional! Stylish, welcoming and stones throw from uffizzi gallery and palazzo Signoria. Probably the best location for a hotel as ponte vecchio, Santa Maria del fiore and Santa Croce all in walking distance. Many times been to Firenze but the first at porta rossa and probably one of the best among the Nh collection. Definitely recommend!

Not a big hotel but has a nice atmosphere… it's quite expensive but feels worth it… great location!

Good hotel, beds are awesome to recover with ease of long walks through Florence. Although it must be said that his situation then that everything is pretty close.

I came for the second time in this B&B because I was fine before and I confirm what I said two years ago: the very central location, very nice place and well furnished, clean and cozy. Alberto, the owner, is always ready to help and give good advice on what to visit and where to eat, avoid places too touristy, of which Florence is full. Highly recommend!

Oldest hotel in Florence. Great situation, beautiful individual rooms, elegant ambience and excellent service. The restaurant which specializes in truffles is exquisite, food is excellent, don't hesitate to eat there. Rooms are interesting, spacious, well equipped and spotless.

Beautiful stay the Room is taken care of in every detail and Alberto loves to pamper his guests made us find a great welcome red wine and every morning we had breakfast in the room. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely loved my stay here the last 2 nights. The host Alberto was so gracious and helpful. He recommended and made reservations for my husband and I at a nearby garage for our car, and at a nearby restaurant that was absolutely fantastic… Be sure and ask. The room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable with a memory foam mattress and soft pillows. We had a spacious bathroom with a great shower with lots of jets. The morning breakfast delivered straight to our room was fresh and delicious with homemade treats, fresh juice, coffee and fruit. I will definitely come here for a return visit hopefully longer one day. I didn't want to leave beautiful Florence or this wonderful B&B right in the heart of Florence.

It's great, it's 3 days!
In the center of Florence, room quite big, comfortable bed and bathroom with a pressure of the important water (a very important detail for us).
