Good location, quiet and elegant, favorite is the name of the hotel, the boss is ⌚️ of the table.

Beautiful boutique property. Stylish decor and excellent service (very friendly and helpful front desk staff) — always a good combination! The breakfast room over looks Santa Maria Novella. What a lovely way to start the day. We stayed here only one night on our return to Florence, but we will stay here exclusively next time. Grazie Mille.

I visited many hotels in Italy, Spain, and US, but this hotel provides the worst service at front desk in Italy. Never stay here again.

Nice and pleasant multilingual reception with advice on the surroundings. An original theme decoration.
Nice room but small for 3, beautiful bathroom in marble but heating under sized for the surface and shower curtain that denotes with marble.
Breakfast room too small for the number of room, forced to wait at the foot of the elevator, attention in high season.
Very very basic breakfast for a 4 stars (industrial breads and pastries, no card, multiple claims for reassortment, brings drinks but no glass…), slow service, makes more figuration than his work.

We had a great time. Great location near the station but also with parking availability for a fee. Clean and with very nice staff. Breakfast was great I recommend it to everyone.

It's close enough to stroll into downtown in minutes but far enough to not be super crowded. Lots of Nice restaurants around and just south. The hotel itself is beautiful… So many details I design. I love non cookie cutter hotels so the watch and timepiece theme was outstanding. Each room representing a piece from the owners collection. Service is top notch and the rooftop breakfast with Piazza views is wonderful. I recommend going up one category to the mid range rooms. The size increase is Nice. Would definitely come back.

Grandparents stayed here while we stayed across the square. Had some good food and drinks.

The hotel Orologio overlooks one of the main squares of Florence or Piazza Santa Maria Novella, one of the most beautiful squares of Florence animated by local, restaurants and high-level hotels like Hotel L'orologio in this hotel we can find a real Famous Watch Museum in the world, the owner of the hotel is a big fan of watches so much that you can buy inside the hotel the original clock of the hotel itself.

The hotel was actually recommended to me by my friend. So I tried when I got the chance to go with my brother and his wife. It was a great stay. People were nice. The room of my brother was soo huge for him and his wife. I got a comfortable one just for me. So clean, accessible to all areas, and their lobby is so cozy that we ordered wine all the time. Over all it was a worth while stay. Thank you ao much also for arranging our baggage with UPS. So helpful! Salute!

Very grand and spacious. Just a pity we were only able to stay a few hours because we had to leave very early before breakfast. Love that you can make a tea and coffee.

We stayed here for our short break in Florence and loved every minute of our stay. The location is perfect, five minutes walk from the station and five minutes from the Duomo. Every part of Florence is within easy walking distance. The hotel is very unique and special. The rooms are cozy and themed for famous watch brands. It's so nice we actually took photos of our room!

We loved our stay at this hotel! What a GREAT location while staying in Florence. With a 3 minute walk to the train station and 5 minute walk to the Duomo and Arno river bridges you can't get a better location that this. Our room was beautiful with a view of the Duomo. Breakfast Buffet every morning with a view overlooking the Piazza de Santa Maria Novella was fantasic. I would recommend this hotel while staying in Florence!

This hotel was FANTASTIC! It was elegant and our room was perfection! Very comfortable bed, pillows and linens! Very professional and friendly staff! Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Within walking distance of train station and all attractions. This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and we travel often.

Came here for only one day, I had a great stay at hotel, room is well appointed, and most important, " location, location, location"!
6 minute walk to the train station and close to everything, from the incredible churches, monuments, boutiques, markets and great restaurants. Staff is top notch, their bar is really nice. Wish they gave me a room with a window view. Maybe in my 2018 tour of Italia in my motorcycle I'll stay here and see more this gorgeous city. Grazie!

Beautiful hotel in the historical center of Florence. The prices compared to the services that the property offers are low. For the nice breakfast the view that you will enjoy from the post room to the top floor.

The three stars are for the great location as far as breakfast is not from four star hotel the room and too small is there is no variety of products for us Italians (you have to wait to sit). Small and dark rooms.

Excellent location and very comfortable rooms. I'm giving it 3 out of 5 as I feel there is a very big area of improvement in managing the hotel. I'll only give two examples from the three nights I spent there. First of all, some of the front desk staff need to learn better English especially that Florence is a major destination for English speaking tourists. One night, when I needed help the most, they had a gentlemen that spoke very poor English and I had to find someone who spoke both Italian and English to translate! Also, the breakfast set up is so strange. They only had 10 tables with 4 seats each. If a couple is looking for a table, they would be seated in 4-seat table (50% utilization). Therefore, every day we had to wait for some time for a table to free up, although there would be so many free seats (not tables). In addition, if the scrambled eggs are consumed, you'd have to wait for 15 minutes to get it refilled. Keep in mind, they only had 3 cooked dishes in the breakfast buffet. When you pay for an expensive hotel with a prime location and a luxurious property, you'd expect them to pay more attention to such details.

Very nice facilities, right beside a large, beautiful piazza. Unfortunately, most room views don't look out at the piazza. Central location within walking distance of the whole city. The watch theme is a nice touch, and gives the hotel a lot of charm. Breakfast is ok, but the buffet eggs are consistently far too salty, had to order a fresh batch. View from the breakfast area is outstanding. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel with great rooms, a really nice bar and crackerjack service. My wife and I stayed there ~4 years ago, and it's still our high-water mark when it comes to hotels.

Great hotel. Very comfortable and the location is really nice. It's kind of ironic though that the hotel's theme is watches but our room had no clocks. The phone had a clock but the time and date was wrong.

When going to pay for our drinks bill, we questioned the price believing it was a little high. The waiter explained that there was a cover charge, in which we had no problems with. But then I asked if he could show us the price of the drink on the menu. After going through the menu he couldn't locate the price and still charged us full price. He was quite rude in the end, so we just paid and left.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff, the breakfast is one of the best we have had in Europe. A 5 minute walk from the train station, and 5 minutes to the Duomo. Very comfortable room, we had a view of the Duomo, and were on the fifth floor and found it very quiet, in what can be a noisy city.
