My favourite place to stay in Florence! It’s got a great boutique feel to it. Rooms are beautifully styled and the location is fantastic for walking about the city centre. The service has always been impeccable and very personalised. The building itself is very grand and the shared spaces are lovely to relax in and take a breather before heading back out for dinner.

Beautiful room, staff was so friendly and welcoming; very helpful and considerate. Room is gorgeous with lovely Art Deco furniture, a king bed and a very roomy couch that could double as a bed. The room has everything you need and the views out the large windows are fabulous. The room is well insulated and dark at night, so sleep is amazing. The addition of a Jacuzzi tub to the stylish bathroom is so perfect… along with the thick, fluffy warm towels. I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Florence!

Great service, great location and good looking appartments. We will come back for sure. I highly recommend to talk with their polish employee at the reception as she is really helpful.

Aesthetics actually as good as the pictures. Comfortable. Concierge very helpful and friendly. A bit noisy at night on weekends. Goes until 3:30am. Overall, a very pleasant stay so far.

Beautiful B&B, would definitely recommend. Quiet corner close to the river. Quick walk to most sites. Breakfast and aperitifs were delicious and unexpected! Next time we're in Florence, we'll be staying here.

Ok it's not cheap. But not much in Florence is. And the rooms are amazing (we were in room 8 with the terrace). But it is the amenities that stand out — superior breakfast and an aperitif time in the evening with endless snacks and free (that's right, free) drinks. Staff is uniformly exceptional. Highly recommended.

Spent four nights at this wonderful hotel! This hotel has it all! Not only is it located right next to Santa Croce, but it is beautiful! It is magnificently managed by Aneta Krupa who provided exceptional personal service. A nice complimentary light breakfast and happy hour was an unexpected perk. The place is unique, clean, and wonderfully decorated. The pictures do not do this place justice. Will definitely recommend this hotel 5 star plus!

This a stylish hotel in a great location. The furniture was made specially and is quite unique. We found it comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. It is also across the piazza from the best coffee in Florence.

The Hotel is superb! Nice; comfortable and spacious rooms. Beds are big and comfortable… Windows are double panes which insulates the noise from below if any. A/C works perfect. Beautiful view to the Church. Aneta and Constantino are very nice and excellent hosts accommodating any needs or requests.

If I return to Florence, I will return to this boutique hotel. The staff could not be more helpfull and rooms and location are first class, as is the food. Not cheap, but very good value for people who appreciate a fine experience when travelling.

Ideally located, the entire historic centre is within walking distance. Very attentive staff. Unforgettable stay.

Lovely stay.
5 stars experience. We had a perfect stay in this boutique hotel. Great communication with the reception for the check in. The room was lovely. The receptionists very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the asian lady who works there was very kind and made us feel like home. The hotel is in a very good spot next to the Santa Croce basilica. A few minutes walk to all the interesting museums. We would come back 100%.

Beautifully appointed rooms, great setting in the city and really lovely staff who made our stay better. Also lovely small touches like the aperitif in the evening and snug rooms for a quick coffee and a chill.

This is a gem in Florence. One of those b&b you wish to return every time you are in the city. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, opulent and cozy all at the same time. The shower was fantastic, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and a great selection of pillows.

The host were nice, the service is good, the rooms lovely, the breakfast is standard but satisfying, with real orange juice. They serve aperitifs in the afternoon, in the price. Overall good, the position is good, near Santa Croce.

Service was outstanding! Anything we needed was taken care of quickly and with a smile. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with relaxing massage jet showers and separate jacuzzi. And of course the location was great for easily walking to the main city interest points and lots of great food. We loved it so much at the beginning of our trip that we immediately booked for the end as well. Thanks for making us feel at home away from home!

Nice view to Saint Crocce church, nice breakfast, comfortable bed+room. Complimentary drinks in the afternoon inside one of sitting areas, Christiano at the front desk very polite and helpful. The only drawback the price of car parking (€25/night), which of course is not the hotel's matter. You can park along the river free from 8pm-8am. John Thessaloniki-Greece.

Excellent B and B that is more like a 5 star hotel. Right in the heart of Florence and easy to get to all the major attractions particularly the Basilica Santa Croce.

Perfection! Aneta was a great host. The hotel is pure luxury. We benefited from the free minibar, coffee, tea and free aperitivo! The interior is magnificient and you only want to stay there forever. If I had to give 2 recommendations: improve a little bit the breakfast and add some music in the common space but it's minor details.

Wonderful place. I have been there only for a day unfortunately, but from the outset I found the staff friendly and helpful (since, when I had to call them to get information on how to get there, they were helpful and I have explained to well on the road and my parking affiliate to them). In addition, the b&b is really nice, well-kept in every particular, neat, modern and ancient at the same time, everything in the photos. I was really pleasantly surprised by the willingness with which we were welcomed to the precisely, even when there has been the inconvenience of the check-in (booking boking I had asked for early check-in, but for a technical problems they had not received the my request) were very kind and in the space of an hour even, have managed already to give us the room. Moreover, by booking boking (double the normal 131€ or something), we had the breakfast included, but also the drink made from them, from 18, 30 to 20.30, mini bar included, Wi-Fi included. It is really an optimal stay.
