Acceptable quality, although very basic and definitely not fancy. Plagued with mosquitoes. Update: It is the 21st century and they won't accept credit cards.

Very convenient location to tour the main attractions of Florence. I really liked the art and views from the breakfast and open terrace. We traveled with a group and will consider them for return visits. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Very friendly and quiet Hotel just minutes from downtown. Nice breakfast and beautiful view of the city from both the room and the room for breakfast.

Good location to visit Florence Nice staff Excessive the tourist tax of 4 euro per day per person. A rather antiquated structure, the rooms benefit at least a renovation (dirty walls and ruined furniture).

Staff friendly and helpful, I had no problems right away with the room where it was impossible to sleep for excessive warming. They changed my room but the bathroom was not clean and it was just lukewarm water… I hope I was just unlucky, but the early payment request makes me think bad…

The location and the view of 10. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very simple hotel. But enough for a visit to Florence. Lad views the best… From my room The Duomo looked better than from the terrace. But the views from the terrace are beautiful too. Breakfast was very small. But all very rich.

Conveniently located, a 5-minute walk from Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral! The rooms are largely affordable and the panoramic terrace on the 4th floor offers magnificent views of the mountains and the historic centre. And the staff is top!

This is a quirky hotel in a fantastic location. You are a few minutes from the galleria academia and only around 8 minutes walk from the Duomo. The air conditioning isn't great but the rooms are comfortable and have interesting article around them.

The rooms are super pretty and close to almost everything. Super artsy and breakfast is on an awesome terrace. But there was close to nothing as your options for breakfast because most things were broken. You turn in the key when you leave and request it back when you return. Staff is friendly.

This Review is long overdue — My friend and I stayed at this hotel for a few days in Florence and had a wonderful experience. Hotel was very clean, the breakfast was great on the terrace with a beautiful view of the city. Cristina, the owner was extremely nice and accommodating and even offered a sculpting class. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice experience for a great value!

Noisy Hotel Short I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a good location to visit the center, it is clean and the staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast is varied and good, also the terrace offers a suggestive view. It is a hotel that I recommend to those who do not have too many claims.

Staff was extremely helpful and I would give 5 stars for that. Breakfast was good with a great view of the city. Air conditioning was nice. Location is near the Academia where David is. So pretty close walking distance to most city things including the train station being 10 min away. We however had no hot water in our shower. Wi-Fi was spotty in the room.

Awful. More like a hostel, way overpriced. Breakfast buffet for a fee-skip it. Beds are the worst, coil springs mattress only. Small shower. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is super friendly, seems family owned. If you are artistic, you'll feel right at home, otherwise, stay away.

The room was small and a bit antiquated but at least clean! The bathroom, to be honest, it was a bit run down and the shower really small. The staff I found helpful and polite. Great if understood as a foothold … Besides, Florence is so beautiful that stay in your room is a shame;)

Nothing more enter in the Hotel Panorama Artinside you das has of that not is as any other Hotel, the sympathy and kindness of the receptionist that us received immediately you wraps, them facilities (all made by she and with material recyclable) is simply wonderful, and if outside little, the price affordable to my pocket, in summary: was delighted.
I recommend this Hotel 100% for a weekend getaway or a long stay!

I will notice the difference in treatment with latinos, quite bad and rude. It saw the attention with others European and was much better. The person that we attended didn't know how to deal well with South American tourists arriving. Rooms are very small and not mention the shower in the bathroom. The terrible Wi-Fi. Little facility for the access with luggage.

Positive: location, style, cleanliness.
Negative: Room Furniture a bit dated, not like I am used to a 3 star hotel. Breakfast plentiful but to charge for children of 4 and 6 years as an adult is absolutely excessive, considering the offerings of the bar just outside the hotel, also pointed out at the reception.

Room was spacious, staff friendly, but Wi-Fi horrible.

Hotel made this our best holiday ever for my husband and I. Room was lovely with a view. Breakfast yummy and great selection. Artwork is fun and the staff are friendly, offer information and all speak English and have great personalities. Hotel walking distance from all tourist sights. If you want a great Florence experience we highly suggest this hotel.

I have been to this hotel 2 nights with my fiance, and altogether we found bad. The room was fine for the two of us: clean, not too big but not small either. The bathroom especially, unlike other hotels that I've tried, I hit the shower to clean, sort, and that it was not a hole but you could move safely. Very nice that the bathroom window you could see the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral with its beautiful dome.
The only flaw of this property, as also for the location is really convenient (10 minutes from downtown, walk) is the breakfast: very poor, just some empty brioche, a cake (always the same) and some salty stuff (cold meat scarce and a pie, I think).

Nice Hotel in the center of Florence. Rooms are clean and nice, breakfast was fair and all the sraff was very kind! If you don't seek luxury but just a good and cheap hotel, that's the place.

I agree that the hotel is close to the centre of the city. The facilties are basic and not more than three star standard. The reviews on the Internet, rating this facility as a five star, are misleading. This was the least value for money we got amongst the hotels we stayed in at Germany, Austria and Italy.
