Only thing good about this hotel is location, but there are 4 other hotels on the same street. Go there instead. Before you read this as someone ranting it’s not. Hopefully this review will either encourage them to up their game or help another traveler. The few interactions I had with the staff wasn’t unpleasant, but it wasn’t pleasant either. We stayed in room 2 on the third floor. The AC was broken in our room. It felt wonderful in the office and hallways. We told them about it and they said they would bring a fan and call the technician. We went out to explore a bit to give them time to work on that. We came back and neither happened. The front desk lady said she brought the fan and it didn’t help the air flow, which I think is crazy, but okay. What really ticked me off is she turned off the AC completely. Not even allowing some air flow through the room while we were gone. By this time I asked for a different room. Naturally no other rooms available even though online it said there were rooms available. Honestly, I didn’t believe her. She didn’t check the computer when I asked she just went straight into no. Thank the heavens it would get down to 71 at night we thought, “Okay, we can just open the window. It’s August in Italy. This happens. ” There was a street lamp right by our window that beemed like the light of a thousand suns and it was beyond noisy. Who knew Florence was popping on a Tuesday night. Also, don’t expect a roomy or safe bathroom.

Great location, wonderful staff, very comfortable rooms, and I will return. Our view.

Not worth the money! Uneven flooring, air conditioner problems, extremely small bathrooms. Looks like a flip. Strange…

Very friendly staff and great price. Rooms are a bit dark and small but that's what comes with the exceptional price. Recommended.

This close to everything, right in the centre of firenze 3 blocks from the Duomo and a block and a half of David by miguelangel.

Downtown Hotel. It was a very nice hotel. I would go back.

Great location. Complimentary breakfast. Questionable bathroom condition, but got the price is well worth it.

Amazing service. Lovely design. Luxurious breakfast. Snacks are delicious in the lobby 24 hours a day. Perfect Highly recommended especially for young people.

Very very small elevator. Nothing fancy but it worked and its a great location.

Lovely place 5 minutes from piazza del duomo and the rooms are spacious and super comfortable for the stay in Florence is perfect. Highly recommended and I will repeat for sure.

The room was small and seemed unfinished with a partially painted wall. There was no safe in the room. The location was very central to all sights & dining.

Very nicely situated near the main sites. Tho everything is close to each other, but still good to know you're only a stone's throw away especially during warm periods (when we stayed). Staff are superb and gives useful info. The room is what to be expected and breakfast is more than ample.

Location is great, room is spacious and accommodating, and most important the staff is great only complaint and kind of big for me is Wi-Fi is horrible in the room I had.

A perfect positioning and a good view for the price, an average service and room quality.

Ideal location, 5 minute walk to the Duomo, great little hotel.

Great for visiting sightseers. Decent breakfast buffet and nice staff. The only downside was our room, which seemed to be the worst room in the whole hotel from what we could see. It was on the top floor and felt like we were locked in the attic. No real view of the dome and being a tall guy, I was constantly banging my head on low door frames and beams. Otherwise it would have been lovely.

It's not a very big holtel but it's beautiful!

Great location, nice staff, but the breakfasts were pretty bad. The hotel is well located, and if you are lucky you have a nice view of the Duomo from your bedroom window.

Breakfast had warm scrambled eggs which was good. Room was quite spacious and clean.

Really great hotel — perfect location, friendly staff, comfy rooms, delicious breakfast — you name it! Would recimmend for couples, families and single travelers. They even offer an afternoon tea with baked goods for free! The only tricky thing is opening the shower… Also the internet is a bit slow. Good luck ;)!

We were guests in early March 2016 and we found a very hospitable, attentive to many details that allowed a peaceful and pleasant stay.
Very professional, very well prepared and always attentive. Mrs SABINA that on multiple occasions he recommended and helped even in reservations for visits to museums.
The same goes for Mr. RA BRISELA that with his smile, his dynamism and his ever-present attention towards us.
