An excellent hotel, we had a wonderful stay in the beautiful junior suite! To be recommended.

Lovely hotel, easy walking distance to the tourist buzz, restaurants and galleries. Immaculate room in an old palazzo. The price online was very good value.

A great but small hotel with 8 hotel rooms. Friendly and very helpful staff. Average hotel breakfast. Good location, on the "wrong" side of the bridge but still just as close to everything. Rooms were enormous and very beautiful with ceiling paintings and other paintings on the walls. There is only a small elevator, would not recommend if you are disabled. Otherwise a great choicd for your stay in Florence! Wifi was also average, not bad but also not very good.

This is the best place to stay in Firenze The staff is very helpfully, especially Martina.

As my husband and I we were in the beautiful city of Firenze celebrating our 20 year Anniversary! Our stay at Palazzo Guicciardini was absolutely fitting from the arrival to departure the service, hospitality and magical experience! We would highly recommend this spectacular choice of accommodation whilst visiting this magical city which boasts so much the love of the arts and culture! The hotel is central to all major attractions, magnificent shopping & for all the foodie lovers you definitely will not be short of choices within close walking distance! Historic residence: luxurious and refined. Very nice staff, rooms cared for, fragrant and adorned with frescoes in every corner. There are all the services and the technology fits in the spaces in a discreet and functional. Very pleasant breakfast with quality products. A place to take account for special occasions.

Old World charm and warmth.

Cozy and comfortable, we were offered breakfast in the generous room and at the reception, Haidi was like a guide, he indicated places to visit with kindness and patience and even the lady at the cleaning. Always with the smile and friendly, great place I would go back.

We had an amazing stay here, room was excellent the bed was really comfortable, the staff would go out of there way to help you, would definitely recommend it. All original features absolutely beautiful!

Luxury, elegance, friendly and professional staff. Unfortunately I had the pleasure of liking only the breakfast as my stay lasted for one night only. Parking agreement with driver who takes your car in the parking lot, brings it back on your request (parking price in line with the costs of other garages) here you can improve. Congratulations.

Beautiful room with gorgeous ceiling frescos. The location is central yet quiet, with all the attractions in walking distance.

The staff working at night was completely ignorant and unpleasant, his attitude was just utterly the worst.

I loved this hotel! Great staff, very helpful. The room was beautiful and, they have all the latest gadgets — cool light switches and key code door licks. Intimate. … The breakfast included with our room was amazing. Highly recommend!

The structure is proposed on the web as a Historical Palace through dream images and rave reviews for middle-high price accommodation, but my experience was: a small room of a few square meters, dirty bed remade by 2 goodwill guys (the staff), only one nightstand, poor and very low quality breakfast. A disconcerting surprise after reading the reviews on Booking and viewing photos of this accommodation also on their website. The ostentatious availability of young staff or the gift of a bottle of prosecco received with their excuses, don't justify a high price for such a low-level accommodation and insufficient professionality. With the price paid you can get accommodation in a real 4 or 5 star hotel. Florence is full of historical palaces that you can visit for free or for few euro tickets. Don't make my mistake of thinking of an unusual romantic getaway in this Place.
