Great location. Clean. 10 minutes from Mars Field Station. Friendly and helpful staff.

L'ho ci è servito per spezzare in due un viaggio di 800km, la prenotazione fatta per telefono ha richiesto circa 2 ore e 4 telefonate parlando con più persone che non sembravano molto convinte, tolto questo inconveniente ci hanno accolti in modo molto garbato (forse merito del ragazzo nel turno notturno). Abbiamo presi una quadrupla, letti molto comodi pulita e bagno nuovo anch'esso pulito, anche se asciugamani e saponi erano solo per due persone. La colazione molto varia, soprattutto dolce, per il salato un po' scarsa forse. L'hotel non è difficile da trovare e si trova ad un paio di km dal centro storico, tutto sommato una bella esperienza.

Parking public is not in when there are places.

A terrible place to avoid in every way. There is no parking although they indicate yes and that is free, there is blue payment area. The address only speaks Italian, is poorly educated and without any care for anything, do not give the entry code to be able to enter at night, we were asked to pay €6 of more for using credit card, and to top it off, 15 minutes before checkout began to hit the door of the Room screaming. There can be No worse accommodation in the city.

Nice place however some of the staff are really obnoxious.

Easy, quiet location, Ssudere room.

To be a two star hotel is fine. Maybe the price is a little high, but compared to the other hotels the prices are still those. The included breakfast is fine, although the croissants were a bit dry. The staff were nice, the hotel was clean, no noises.

I was with my wife on 30 is 31 days January with departure 1 January 2018 hotel bad reception and kindness zero and cold room only positive thing that tenegono the Dogs small size.

Modesty is a compliment. Missing in many respects: welcome, kindness, toilet paper, etc…

Disabled people at the reception, no heating in winter, no insulation with the neighbors of rooms, a small breakfast ' horrible.

Welcoming hotel 25min walk from all the beauty Florence has to offer.

The Garden is fabulous!

Rooms are Clean and okay. Breakfast is terrible. I found a Long curly Black Hair in my cappuccino and my egg was Green from overcooking. Furthermore the Male host was very unpleasant and had no patience at all. Will not be staying here again.

This place is absolutely hideous! When I arrived it seemed like I was rather bothering the staff with my arrival. The staff did not speak English — but also didn't really try. When I was shown my room and the lights did not work it was just accepted and ignored. My room smelled really bad of old cigarette smoke — it was impossible to sleep without closing the window. This led to a substantial amount of mosquitos entering and causing an even more unpleasant night. I was happy when the night was finally over and I could leave the room at 4am. Probably within the 5 worst hotels I've been in worldwide! DON'T GO THERE!

Low price but cleanliness and care of the room to improve (non-working lights, pierced pillowcases, towels with yellow halos, door jambs that come down…). It's fine if you don't have claims and want to avoid the hostels.

Close to the center and with free parking… staff not courteous and poor breakfast…

I expected more. They have been correct but nothing more beyond. The language difficult, neither English nor Spanish nor with signs. Impossible breakfast: prefabricated with mildew and burnt coffee buns. We went to have breakfast at the bar of the side. The only good thing a very pretty interior garden. That you filled the room of mosquitoes as you descudiaras.

The staff was not a word of English. We were not received, not welcomed, but perceived as a disorder in the TV appearance (Formula 1). We had to demand the set trendy features (balcony, sofa). But apparently, the promised sofa does not exist in the House. Things were broken or not cleanly made. The car park is pure luck.
Actually, the original facilities of the hotel is good. The staff makes the hotel unfortunately degenerated and offers very poor service.

Excellent value for money.
