Let's start with the unacceptable defects in some of the ordered dishes, in order of disappointment.
The tuna, moreover flat of the day, so cooked as to be gray and toy. It is not a question of taste, tuna is hot, inside it must be more or less pink. Bad.
Bad cantucci that seemed old and mediocre the aleatic passito that tastes too much of strawberry. Imbevious coffee, waited over 15 minutes.
Tagliatelle with seared and kneaded wild boar ragout, bland and fibrous ragout. Not very mediocre. Also mediocre is the wild boar stew, equally fibrous and without character
Good pickles, but 10 euros for a saucer like this are objectively excessive.
Good pasta with octopus ragout and tortelli. Excellent anchovies to the poor and tartare. Excellent bread, not a small detail.
Excellent pure Gualdo sangiovese, but on the wines two aspects are frustrating. The first is the reloading of the price charged for takeaway sales, since the restaurant and producer coincide. The second is that takeaway prices are higher than those found on the Net. But what's the point of seeing that with less money there are those who deliver it to me at home? I would have taken two or three cartoons, as I always do, but after a quick check on the sites of my suppliers I gave up. Reasonable account.
