Very nice and detailed place.

Spectacular location fantastic view but regarding the catering all bad hot pasta and even the wine seemed stretched with water, I certainly will not recommend it.

All great ❤ It seems to go back in time! Staff. Fantastic and comfortable private beach. Quiet place to stay if you are looking for relaxation.

Fantastic seaside terrace. Friendly staff. First served almost at room temperature. Octopus in salad, passed off as "strong dish" served as hard as a tire. At this point, the bill could only be expensive.

Reasonable price but location away from amenities.

Hotel a bit dated though with very large room, bright and clean as well as a really comfortable bed. Location with access to the sea with beautiful views, too bad for the concrete beach.
The restaurant was not accessible to guests for a private party.
Breakfast was poor disorganized and with poor products; from a 4th I expect much more.

At first we had a very nice remodeled room but the air conditioning did not work. We were switched to a much smaller, very outdated, not remodeled room with a bunk bed instead of 2 full beds but the a/c was "working". At around 11pm it stopped working, we call the front desk and they told us to wait until the next day. Worst, longest night of my life.
The views are amazing but the rooms and service suck.
PS: as a courtesy for all the trouble they gave us a €16 discount… really?

Good only the beach. Noisy rooms. Older. At 9.30 Breakfast buffet ransacked.

Nice stay there. One thing I have in mind-the spaghetti at the rock sorted in the room! Never eaten so good! Never! Even today, after months I feel the taste in my mouth. We had a little room sea view, nice weather and all nice. Come back!

This hotel deserves only for the view and the breadth of the rooms. Honestly for being a four star has overly old furnishings, it doesn't have great room amenities and the whole thing is a bit decadent. The staff is very polite and polite. It is also very clean.

I loved this hotel. Simple but comfortable rooms but the pleasure lies especially in the reception and the availability of the staff. Whether on the hotel part or the restaurant part. We were very well received. The chef even agreed to prepare a special off-card meal for my vegan husband, while we arrived a few minutes before closing.
Nice view on a corner of wild beach. We warmly thank all the staff for this exceptional welcome.

I am a customer of bathrooms Rex for many years. Quiet environment and recommend it to all those who love "the rocks"

One of the most beautiful places of Leghorn.

The hotel is located directly on the splendid sea of the coast of Livorno where there are sun loungers and parasols. Of course, the fish dishes are excellent like the rest of the fish in this beautiful area.

Hotel on the beach, dated but in great location, staff friendly and helpful, great value for money. For the guests of the hotel are available parasols to the bathrooms below. Free and private parking of the hotel is also available. The hotel is equipped with terraces for breakfast and relaxing terraces with breathtaking views, good breakfast.

Hotel with a spectacular location, directly on the sea. Beautiful bar with terrace on the sea. Beautiful and well equipped beach (concrete) with ladders and trampoline. At the disposal of the rooms (free) an umbrella and sunbeds, pedaloes, canoes and sup all inclusive. Excellent diving center directly in the hotel.

Hotel with really nice sea view, rooms clean but definitely the facility needs a makeover, at the Beach restaurant you can find very good hot or cold dishes, friendly staff l only negative the hotel restaurant expensive and with Bring misery and nothing.
Definitely not suitable for those looking for the nightlife in town there is nothing interesting or entertainment venues.
Really very indicated instead for those who like to live the sea and dive.

Shocking would never recomend ever. Rusty showers every day. 2min showers and thats is you got water. Not just my room but my family rooms as well. Breakfast OMG stale cake off meat (ham) only … scrabble eggs burnt. Stale bread, couldnt even toast it caz the toaster didnt cook it. Warm yogurt … Not to mention no food till 8pm. Tired and hungry we all are exspecailly the babies. A absolutely a discrace 7pm had to find transport to find real food. No aircon Leaving this place earlie. We need to get out of here … 1 star ill give this place. Been hear two days and cant wash my hair caz I dont get enough time to rince.

Everything is nickel except breakfast, which is indigent.

Friendly staff, minimal english. Nice "beach" (paved area next to the water with umbrellas and beach chairs, color coded red: hotel guests and blue: everyone else) with snack/drink stand located at base of hotel. Clean minimalistic rooms with whirlpool showers (normal shower head, jets, and waterfall settings).

Stopped in June 2014. A wonderful beach, clean sea. Breakfast enough for 4 star hotel. Walking distance to the center of the far, approximately 7 km. But buses from the hotel, right in the 9 pm their last flight.
