Five stars don't deserve it, at most four. Not bad overall, but a bit "out of context": if the exterior harmonizes rather well with the landscape, the interior is glass-plastic-steel, cold and hypermodern (why? ). Equally cold and impersonal is service. Inexplicable open shower, you do not understand why in the name of a dubious aesthetic choice I customer should make the lake in the room. Points in favor: clean and spacious rooms, tranquility, panorama.

The hotel is Good, have a top floor Swimming pool with 360 degree view. The bar and the room is nice. But the food I quite standard.

The tree is very nice, in modern style with all the comforts. There's a not-so-large but still satisfying spa and a pool on the penthouse. Competent and helpful staff.

Given that we are definitely not a high expectations couple and who likes to complain but this hotel does not deserve the stars that it boasts with reference to the staff and the treatment received. We went to the property in the last week of June last year. We were greeted in the utmost indifference almost as we were creating disturbance. The Hotel looks good with spacious rooms, modern décor and very comfortable bed. However, we have reported water loss in the bathroom of which the staff did not deify to come to Vereficarne even the entity, problems with the TV for which the staff gave us two batteries telling us to arrange. As For the dinner is not comparable even to the worst of the cantes: are recycled and reproposed The same dishes (totally tasteless) for the whole week (nay, The tastes of the ice cream are gradually decreased until you get to one only the last Evening! ). In Summary The structure would merit if it were not managed by people who should devote themselves completely to other.
Experience that we absolutely will not repeat.

I just had a nice weekend in this beautiful hotel in Porte Ercole. Spacious, Spotless room, refined and relaxing environment, beautiful panoramic swimming pool and very nice and well cared Spa. The staff were very helpful.

Very nice rooms, spacious, innovative and Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff SPA too small as the hotel, we were expecting something more from the pictures shown on the Site. Dinner too simple… Unlike the breakfast well taken care of and very abundant.

The hotel is really very nice and welcoming.
It's a great facility. Inside there is also a very nice spa, also recommend massages. Really good. Only flaw in the kitchen. I recommend it.

In the spa they made us stay more than we had to. The girl who does the massages is very good. The kitchen does not recommend, also I lost a sweater in the room and no longer found.
I expected that to apologise for the discomfort would make us a minimum discount. But nothing. Honestly I would have returned because the property deserves but stay in the room with the risk of not finding something sincerely made me change my mind!

Spacious Rooms equipped with all amenities including balcony (at least mine). I was only one day at the beginning of the year. The design is neat and modern. I was really good!
I Was entitled to a single hour of SPA but I have granted TWO;). This is not exactly great. But you want luck or organization we were The only ones present!
I will definitely Return!

We are for the second time in this hotel. I can say that we were very happy this time too. Staff very helpful and very polite. Very spacious and clean rooms. The restaurant offered us very good and delicate dishes. The breakfast is just as good, very rich and in the room. The spa, although not too big is well equipped, with very skilled staff. What about, even this stay we were very happy with. We will come back for sure, every time we get the chance. Really thanks to the whole staff of this place.

We stayed at this property with Groupon. Modern Hotel, spacious rooms with a bizarre design since the bathroom is partly divided by a glass that limits the Privice x who is in the bathroom. Cleaning OK. The staff was very nice and the location was very good. Breakfast and dinner not of the 5-star. The most shocking thing is the spa when you get out of the elevator the smell of mold or other. They leave you breathless, very small place and pool with cold water, we had a free entrance the second entrance if we wanted was 50 euros discounted instead of 70 x an hour. Considering we have as I said Isufruito of the group offer I consider myself lucky at full price I recommend it.

Very bad. Better go and breakfast in piazzetta. Room facilities? zero. Parking at the mercy of everyone. Price of room 240, euro. Monday I leave the room we go down x pay, before us a copy that leaves the hotel price x 2 nights 280 euro. It's my turn to price 480 euro 2 nights. I ask because I double? Response. Inbarazzato I don't know maybe the room! Perhaps the Lady booked much earlier. He didn't know what to say. Talk to the Lady had booked one day before me, same room. Council forget.

Furnished in a pleasing style of white and blue lights, has an underground tomb and cute but somewhat small spa, just a few people that echo ruin the atmosphere. Water slightly too cool to be a spa. A lovely rooftop pool and a sea-view restaurant will make your stay very pleasant. It had parking for customers. Absolutely from criticizing the choice of separating the bathroom from the bedroom with a glass only partially obscured. Everything that is done in the bathroom, is seen by whoever is in the room. To keep absolutely considering if you go with someone with whom there is complete privacy (though, even with those in intimacy, some functions would be a pleasure to have them without an audience). For this reason, take off two stars at 5 that deserved.

I have just returned from a weekend in this beautiful Hotel and I must say I am very pleased with the service offered. The hotel is newly built (2011) fully furnished in a modern style dominates absolutely the furniture white and blue led lights, trim both in the lobby and in the rooms. Rooms spotless and including a beautiful bathroom finely furnished with glass wall that reveals the shower (and unfortunately) the same out of bed. The restaurant is in line with the décor of the rooms and the lobby is on the second floor, offering breathtaking thanks to stained glass covering 3 of the 4 sides of the Hall, the dishes were just tasty, low in salt, but that's just personal taste and in any case better for health, however after a starter maybe a bit tame I remade twice with bittico and wishing I could have done the trick, I'd say then that it was impossible to leave on an empty stomach. On the third floor there is also an outdoor swimming pool with a bar, and unfortunately probably saw the winter we just couldn't go. In the basement there is a SPA, with a bathtub (a little small and water not very hot), steam room, sauna, showers and relaxation area.
A special praise to all the staff very knowledgable, polite and quick to resolve small problems that may occur during your stay.
In conclusion is a very nice property and truly deserves to be taken into account.
