Beautiful location… Kitchen service and mobile room… But the services and the rooms… they are really a disappointment… Rooms not even worthy of a 2 star … Rooms with dilapidated floors… Indecent room furniture… Bathroom with shower cubicle completely rusty and with mold … Bed without mattress cover… I would like to point out that… This criticism must be convective in order not to ruin the good name of Elba… That deserves Less distracted hoteliers…

I was expecting a room with a sea view, however the hotel offers a free breakfast, and a dinner is very rich, with a sea view on the bay of cavoli charming and the staff very kind and caring x I can say that The 10-day holiday ended yesterday, 12 September, have been wonderful.

The strength, however, is the restaurant, directly on the gulf with panoramic views, a great choice between 4 first and 4 seconds, very nice and particular. Friendly and helpful staff. Prices compared to the quality offered.

I returned to this hotel after 15 years, finding the same very professional welcome, a nice very well-groomed environment and a lovely view from the terraces of the residence. It is located in a strategic point from which to visit all the beautiful cliffs and beaches of the island.
The cuisine is very good, you can find something even for vegans, although the choice in case you opt for the half board becomes very limited, there is still a nice buffet of vegetables.

Lovely place, overlooking the cabbage beach directly. Nice and scenic restaurant. The accommodations all sea view and comfortable. The only flaw is the décor of the rooms quite old-fashioned (sin because the whole property is kept very very very and well and refurbished). Great breakfast and dinner restaurant, menu always varied and up to expectations. Sweet buffets x in the evening and the morning from the scream (you see the hand of the Sicilian pastry chef). In the end, although not least I would report a room staff always very kind and attentive and especially a waiter of Salernitane origins always very caring and attentive… great place.

I was in this Hotel in the second week of June with two friends. The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful bays on The Island of Elba, stunning views from the common terrace, restaurant and room. The décor of the room is a bit "old-fashioned", this autumn there will be a renovation. The bathroom is comfortable and spacious as well as the terrace equipped with umbrella, iron coffee table, three chairs and three sunbeds x sunbathe. Accurate cleaning. Great food as quality and variety, so you can not say of the sweets not attractive and exaggeratedly enriched with whipped cream. The staff were friendly, helpful, nice. The beach, accessible via a narrow lane with a discreet slope, is made of stone in which there are also steps, it is both free and equipped and not included in the price of the hotel. The sea water is crystal clear and sand composed of small stones! The nearest town, Marina di Campo, is 5km away and very nice and there are beautiful shops. There is cmq a small village about 1km, Dry, where you can find a supermarket, a bar, and tobacco. The intention is to go back!

Very clean, very friendly staff. Rooms are well located and offer fabulous views over the bay.
Despite everything, I don't think it's really a four-star house. (Rooms small and a bit old, the beds are ok. There's cable TV, but who needs that on holiday? Free Wi-Fi in the room and also in public areas. )
The hotel is slightly elevated on the hillside. The beach is less than three minutes within walking distance. You can choose between the public part (very full) or the private beach with loungers (with a discount).
Parking is free.
If you haven't booked HP, you can easily book the dinner menu at a reasonable price.

It was a very nice hotel. The customer is pampered.

The unparalleled panorama, the excellent food and the great price performance ratio and all the other positive facts have already been adequately reported. I would particularly like to highlight the staff. Our arrival was around 10pm and without requests for a long time we were offered some more food. There is much talk of German and English. Since we were kayaking we needed a pitch. No problem. And that's the enchanting thing! You feel welcome from the very first moment and the holiday can start stress-free. Thanks to everyone who puts so much effort into it.

Great location small rooms but provided with everything you need, each room has a balcony with table and chairs, chairs if you nn want to go down to the Beach. Which is 5 min from the Hotel. Good breakfast Very friendly and helpful staff.

And really great even in high season messima customer focus all spotless I recommend the kitchen there are no ratings for this very neat all very beautiful and the staff very very friendly comparable throughout and a 5 star hotel.
