Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Clean and very nice rooms. The only flaw is the formality of the restaurant context, the appetizers at the buffet hardly put a slice of ham on the plate, and the dishes at the table beautiful but too skimpy, miss from Cracco. For the rest nothing to complain, overall I found myself quite well. The place is not bad.

We are staying right now. I would say it's a fantastic experience to say the least. Attentive and impeccable staff. Excellent and well-kept cuisine. For location and spa do not need comments are nothing short of wonderful. I fell in love with this place and all the staff who have an enviable and doc customer care. I advise everyone to disconnect from their daily life to be pampered by the "luna wellnes"!

The three stars are due to the average between massage services and the relaxation area. The 30-minute massage was relaxing, in a nice clean and tidy room performed by a good worker. Unfortunately, the pool area was full of children running, screaming and diving, contrary to the signs displayed in the structure and the various calls of the workers. Unfortunately, however, due to the rudeness of the parents, the stay in the pool area was anything but relaxing.

Very nice. Staff and Director very nice. Cars and electric vans and 4 electric car charging columns are available. Self-produced electricity. Exceptional and one of a kind.

We stayed for two nights in half board and unlimited access to the spa. During these two days we relaxed in the well-stocked wellness area and let ourselves be pampered by the delicacies of their kitchen. Staff very professional, friendly and helpful.

Wow! The food the staff and the spa! All was amazing thanks to the waiter Marco, Maitre Pasquale and receptionist Giulia which took care of us! AMAZING EXPERIENCE.

The hotel was renovated but feels a bit the years, the service of the staff was good. Positive side the kitchen good. Downside the lack of parking that obliges, given the ban on car parking on the street in the night, to park at a charge at €10 per day in a conventioned facility. The hotel also has a spa.

An excellent hotel with much above average service. Everyone is very nice and ready to help at any time. We had no problems with anything, if only we announced any request, whether at the reception or in the restaurant, it was met immediately (the hotel even organized engine oil for my car). Gluten and lactose free diet available in the restaurant, beautiful welness and pool area and very good location and access, as well as an underground garage. We are very happy of our stay at Luna Wellness and we definitely will be back there for sure!

The Pros are: — for those who want to practice snow or skiing there is the hotel shuttle that takes you to the ski lifts — it is a green hotel, i. E. It is a hotel that looks very much at minimization of waste production (e. G. Placing dispensers instead of vials).
— rooms and common areas are well-cleaned — very friendly and welcoming staff The cons are: — During the day you would want to stay warm when you are in the room, but especially when you go for massages you cannot go to an environment with heating That does not go or off, risking to take maybe a bad.
— one thing I do not conceive of is how to charge 8 euros for each change of every used bathrobe that remains on the ground.
— Unfortunately, I found gaps in the accuracy of the service of the staff that has affected the passing of the holiday i. E. On arrival the mistake of giving me a standard room instead of a superior room (thank goodness I noticed it even if halfway of the holiday).

The Hotel was nice, convenient to Folgarida ski lifts, friendly staff, the SPA, then it is truly unique. I highly recommend it.

Not children friendly, miniclub is very small and staff doesnt like children, not recomended for families with children!

One-night stay through use of Smartbox package.
The room has been modernized respecting the canons of the modern furnishing.
Breakfast is served on the third floor of the hotel offering a view of Folgarida. Really nice location and the staff proved helpful and courteous towards us.
The spa is composed of Kneipp path, Turkish bath, sauna, counter-current swimming, emotional shower and hydromassage.
Altogether a score of 4 over 5.

Good wellness hotel in the little city of Folgarida. The superior double room we tested was large and comfortable, with a little balcony and the usual tea pot. The wellness area is really good with different water pools, hot tub, sauna, steam bath and kneip. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, fruit jams, pastries, fruit juices, yoghurt and also choices for vegans. We find well also at dinner with menus rotating during the days. We tried dinner once and all was good and well served. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing trip. Small defects that prevented me from giving 5 stars: wellness area quite crowded and noisy before 17.30 due to the presence of several small babies; the bathroom was nice and clean, but quite small even in our superior room; room are not perfectly isolated so you can hear sound and voices from the corridor and the nearby rooms.

Good hotel, the restaurant is perfect and with a good view. The rooms are not big (even superior one), and the bathroom is small too. The SPA is quite good, only point the water in the swimming pool is too cold.

I have no words: close to the chairlifts. Welcome esaggerata. An unforgettable.

Very nice hotel, breakfast and dinner sublime in appearance both in taste. Spa very nice and welcoming, the only flaw is the parking lot completely absent if not paid. Also the costs are quite high compared to the average (210 € x double room, half board included)

It was a memorable holiday. Structure to the ultimate in cleanliness and equipped with every comfort. Food excellent and varied. Strength the staff especially the restaurant maitre Andrea exceptional Denisa and Gianni.

Once again thank you all at Hotel Luna for a great and pleasent stay at your hotel during our skiing holiday. Great food, top service and always smiling faces. Thank you Isabella, and special thanks to the "Italian mafia guys" Andrea, Santino and Luciano.
