We had a great time, a bit dated but efficient and well-groomed, kind and prepared staff, the Val Senales is gorgeous!

Obscene! Once parked-and already there a company — you start to wander in search of the entrance, which is not shown. After the odyssey of stairs, entrances to other residences adjacent lanes and the blind, the staff welcomes you as if I had scratched the car. A hasty shows you the apartment and then could no longer see anyone. The apartment itself is not bad, apart from the bed that gives the impression of sleeping on a sack of potatoes. Cooked. The breakfast does not exist. The elevator is a constant noise type yard. It is a cross between the films of Lynch and a song of luigi Tenco. However, the surroundings they deserve.

For being a beautiful hotel, nestled in the mountains of Austria. Your care, your location. Definitely divine.

Although in the Jahregekommenes hotel however Presi performance is true, small events spice up something for it, there are some innovations like sauna landscape and large swimming pool which several hotels share. Friendly staff, multilingual and competent.

What can I say about this hotel? I can say that I liked it. The restaurant is put 5 stars, as the Fed I liked. For the athlete was Ivy that there is a pool, because the muscles are clogged and need from relax. The hotel has a very unusual shape. I liked it there, I advise.

I was stuck one day more cause closed road for heavy snowfall. I pay the difference by claiming the price. The secretary told me that if I did not want to pay, with rudeness but above all little professionalism told me that I would have to sleep in the car with 2 meters of snow wind and cold. Appearance of apology.

Very accigliente very nice staff directly on the ski slopes recommended the reservation of the parking inside in winter time. Great heated pool for relaxation after ski.

Top residence is an apartment house. There is a super ski rental!

Lovely place. Great facilities, walks and great excursions! I would like to try again in winter, in summer promoted with full marks!

The water came out black from the pipe and at night suddenly the fire alarm went off but.

Unique magnificent location, numerous ski and winter sports possibilities but that's it. The hotel is old, not maintained, rooms shouting for renovation, untidy, filthy, disfunctional, smelly toilets, dusty carpets as if never vacuum-cleaned, water undrinkable due to rusty ancient pipes, not a single piece of furniture (couch, chair) where one can sit comfortably, breakfast and meals ridiculously overpriced and with below-average quality, pool area unacceptably cold, internet only around lobby with huge difficulties to connect… and so much more negative details that can ruin a holiday… a ski rental shop with kind and solid service is somehow conforting but the hotel itself is a huge dissapointment. Kurzras highly recommended, Top Residence Kurz to be avoided at all cost unless drastically refurbished. Pity : (

Great place for nature lovers, families with kids, and passionate hikers. The residence is the last in the valley, directly facing the amphitheater of mountains closing the valley. There are endless numbers of tracks and virtually all grades of difficulty. Summery ski is also possible as the village is connected with glacier. Great food!

Very nice, staff were really nice residence situated in an area still Virgin from the point of view of nature. Been coming here for many years, and I never regretted.

Simple but well priced. Perfect location very close to ski slopes.

Professionally managed apartment complex. The rooms are worn in Italian, but due to the central location perfect for a ski week.
