Suitable for families. I find it fantastic the outdoor hot pool to view mountains. Excellent afternoon snack which can also be accessed in a bathrobe. Excellent Spa and fantastic rooms. Unique cleaning.

Superb! The only place we love to go back every year, even just for a weekend. All the years we find it just perfect. The staff is extremely friendly, from the reception to the lady who makes the rooms, to the staff who constantly turns to the resort. The SPA is very nice with outdoor pools and indoors, hot water. All the time. Steam room, sauna. In short, nothing is missing. Great food.

A must-have of every trip in the Dolomites and this magnificent hotel boasting a huge spa accessible only to the hotel's guests which makes it exclusive and not chaotic. Different indoor and outdoor pools at varying temperatures, fresh and salty water. Some saunas and two Turkish baths complete the offer with the Salt grotto. Excellent service both in the Spa and in the restaurant and at the reception. In 10 years that I am habitually never a disservice I have a note to make to the structure. To try but know that then you won't be able to do without it.

Like all the years of staying at the Adler, we repeat that words are superfluous, they are just words, the substance is other. The Adler is unique, just like the name it brings, the EAGLE. Am over 15 years I go there with my family and it's perfect. Child-friendly with a large ski area there is something for everyone.

Always fantastic, a real holiday in the name of relaxation where everything is comfortable and perfectly organized, excellent restaurant for quality and variety. A particular thank you goes to the girls of the minibus, Lucia, Renate and Irene who entertain the children and accompany them to the facilities. We can't wait to get back!

We were in the residence which connects the central structure. Very uncomfortable and too distant. A hotel on the kind of "the people" without praise. The restaurant goes quite well if you don't use the buffet where there is too much fuss and you don't understand how they can fry food without a hood that inhales the smoke. You come out of the restaurant with a very unpleasant smell. Small pool.
However the staff was very courteous.

Superb hotel at the height of fame. Managed directly by the family owned by generations allows to meet the most disparate needs of summer and winter clientele. Of particular importance are the indoor swimming pools communicating with the exterior, the sauna area, massages and other treatments. The service in general is impeccable. The gourmet restaurant I was fully satisfied with. Accompanied ski allows you to ski according to your own possibilities. The spacious rooms. I chose a superior double. Bed very comfortable. The evening bar with a pianist very good singer and with a musical selection suitable for the environment. Soon Adler!

A magnificent manor house restored with exquisite taste and converted into a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A great experience that we will repeat again. A highly recommended site.

The Spa and wellness area has been continuously expanded for many years and invites you to relax.
Yes, the hotel is very price intensive, but I believe that everyone will notice after the stay that it is also worth every penny.

And a pleasure to write this review. I with my boyfriend spent a wonderful day in Adler's SPA. If you want to give yourself a day of pure relaxation to recharge and regenerate, this is the right place. Cared for in the smallest detail. All impeccable, from the moment of entry to the exit. Courtesy, speed and capacity of the staff. Large and spacious relaxation Areas. Swimming pools with different hydro-massages. Opportunity to participate in the fitness courses that take place in the day. A corner always available with some light snacks (carotine, celery, grapes, apples) water with lemon and yogurt. In the afternoon there is a snack (you can also consider it a lunch) very large. Top quality Food. From 1 to 100? The advice. It really Deserves 100%. Dream Day.

For 6 years, every new year, I work at the Adler with my show of Close up and Micromagia, Mentalsimo one to one and I am immersed in one of the best facilities of Hotellerie in Italy. Excellent facilities, excellent cuisine, a spa resort nestled in the mountains of Trentino and a staff always and uniquely diaponibile with the smile of those who make you feel at home.

Super efficient and very kind Staff! The eating, from breakfast to dinner, of everything and more, wonderful! The Spa really great! … For all this is simply extraordinary!

Renowned hotel chain company presenting itself as a 5 star luxury service, for sure with high standards and professionalism, very distinctively taken care of in various departments with a subtle touch of finesse. Rooms are very bright and large with all the necessary at your figertip, staff very friendly and helpful. Rich and large selection at breakfast that satisfy your appetite in all manners accompanied with your daily programm journal. Very big SPA environment with different pools, saunas, basic service free all the other by payment. Little hick up the cleaning service (in room) was not very efficient and not clean at all unfortunately. It has its name but its price too.

For us it is the 4time and if I can we give it as a moment for us. To try at least once. Here we understand the great professionalism and love for the welcome. Breakfast rated 10 dinner rated 10. It would be good to go even for those who work with the services in contact with the public. The Adler in Ortisei is a school.

Adler, for me, from a dozen years (the years that I've been going with my wife) has always been the "absolute excellence" as regards the tranquillity, respect for others, the quality of the guests, and I'm not referring to the thickness of their portfolio, of course, but the refinement of their spirit.
Common ground that remains an "Excellence" for all services offered, from the kitchen to the pampering of the spa, to the rooms and everything else, if you are looking for tranquility-silence-respect for your presence from the other guests, forget it. The quiet is now a memory, silence is gone from the vocabulary, we spread a veil.
This week (18-22 Oct) try to read a newspaper in reading room, where children, Holy creatures, they practice in singing and percussion and their parents as well, in a vain attempt to control them. And an attendant to restore normality, not even the shadow.
At Adler was once "the Whisperer", no talk. Try to explain it a little educated parents that their children are not to cackle. It's simply impossible, that their children will listen. I wonder and wonder to the direction: what the hell's with children in a structure like the one I have known and attended by more than ten years? Now I'm here writing because four kids make the dips in the pool as they were to the municipal swimming pool, cackling as do all Brats. And I was obliged to retreat into my beautiful Superior room.

Lovely place … everything perfect! delicious food, friendly staff and cozy, fantastic spa … a magical place!

Go for 10 years 2 weeks to the Hotel Adler. It is the perfect Hotel for athletes or gurme kitchen. Can only recommend it.

Very good hotel. Beautiful spa is particularly suitable for children.

Reception and operation welcome, beautiful, huge attic room with balcony, Spa offer for every taste fabulously good rich buffet with every meal, and great offer for outdoor activities.
Particularly worthy of mention: Free car garage, spare of the missed wine tasting by Gratiswein for the welcome dinner.

As always a relaxing time with the fam to be missed.

The four days were a dream! Thank you for the great days in the hotel. The service was great, the food was top class and outside under the chestnut trees, I had a breakfast I didn't believe for years.

Stay from Sunday to Friday. Competent staff. Excellent cuisine, Spa and enviable.

Short stay from Thursday to Sunday: hotel 5 stars (some deserved) which provides a private underground garage in the center of ortisei, room spacious, clean and cared for, top-quality cuisine and plentiful with impeccable service and friendly (great Moreno! ), huge spa with truly exceptional pair program (rasul on all of them! ), billiard room (and wanting to foosball), fully stocked bar, all in a fabulous place like ortisei surrounded by the Dolomites.
the price I think it's more than fair!
We can't wait to come back again.
