Very friendly, very accommodating. Have always tried to make it right for all of us. Food was also good. Steaks and burgers were great.

Very helpful staff, amazing views, superb food.

Located in Central Inschenna. Our room is fully in line with the 3 S stars. Breakfast is great with fresh products also from the region. The restaurant/diner is highly recommended. We got the card through almost once and were never disappointed. A compliment to the chef!

It's a very cozy hotel, clean with spa and indoor pool also x the winter, breakfasts are buffet and you find everything, you have a nice view of the Merano conca and the owners are very welcoming.
I've been there many times and I've always felt good, I recommend.

Rooms are functional, Breakfast almost always soup Parking is not suitable for large Cars or Amis.
Eating in the Residual Surant very good Chef is very friendly. Chef has yet to teach kindness and Dealing with Guests.!

Super fast and friendly staff. Super delicious. 5 x been here and still tasted good. Rather inconspicuous façade, you could screw on that. We felt very comfortable here.

Top, were very much to peace with the price performance ratio. Staff always polite and helpful, for breakfast there were nix negative to say. The alleged street noise was very limited to normal day operation.
Leave tomorrow and can only recommend the hotel!

We drank an Aperol here in an eige cozy atmosphere. The operation was very nice would come back anytime.

Excellent hotel, located in a quiet area, it has a sauna and a swimming pool for free. It has a great view from the terrace. Very close to Merano, you can reach it in 10 minutes by car.

I decided to spend the Christmas holidays here with my boyfriend; Assuming that the place we liked from the start is for the friendliness of the owners (young and very Nice) both on the phone and in person (not everyone in Alto Adige) or the services offered in the room price, or SPA and breakfast, despite it was a 3 Stars (which in many hotels even 5 stars is not included in the price). We have spent relatively little considering that we stayed for Christmas, finding ourselves very well in the hotel, starting from the rich buffet breakfast (both sweet and salty) and tasty, to the room with balcony always found warm, spotless, with change Sheets every two days and change towels every day. The small and collection SPA offers an indoor swimming pool where you relax and a sauna area with a sauna, a Turkish bath and an infrared sauna; It also has a relaxation area with a sofa and deckchairs. Surely the straconsiglio to those who want to stay in these areas, is about 10 minutes drive from Merano and 35 minutes from Bolzano, even if the owners give tickets, free of charge, to move with the coaches (with stop that is 20 meters from the hotel).

Nice Hotel, with swimming pool and small spa, breakfast plentiful, nothing lacking, to recommend definitely.

A beautiful pool and Poccola spa inside!

The hotel is in a quiet place, with an excellent service, good rooms and an awesome buffet.

The location and the view from the rooms is of course terrific. Also the Spa area is super and a lazy afternoon value. The staff is very friendly, makes everything possible, read a formal each desire from the lips from. Unfortunately, the food of the hoteleigenenTaste Restaurant is not what it promised.

The staff seems to be overwhelmed, sit now since 19:00 and have time just as the Starter after 75 minutes. Staff served does not appear the guests, but haphazardly.
Seems very annoying if you don't like late eats and extra early.
And we wait wait wait…
