Again and again nice for a few relaxing days in Merano. Friendly service, nice rooms, perfect location. Garden and roof spa, as well as direct access to the thermal spa. Beautiful bars and large underground car park under hotel. The hotel is constantly being modernized and upgraded. Everything is in very good condition. I have been coming here for over 10 years and have never been disappointed!

It was just nice there. Very nice staff, delicious breakfast, with everything you could wish for. Whoever gets fed up is to blame. Great location to start ventures. Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy the great spa with 4 days stay.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights for our family trip (total 5 people) at this hotel. We highly recommend half board option! The reasons are as below: 1. Great breakfast — lots of varieties and great quality of fruit; plus great service. If you go to a nice hotel for brunch at this level, usually it would cost you at least $30 per person 2. Awesome dinner & great service — a wide range selection of appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Chefs prepared the food with delicacy and the quality is really great; just like a fine dining restaurant where you usually would spend over $50 per person 3. Unlimited access to the spa in the hotel "and" at the huge public thermal spa place next door (thru the tunnel). I tried the spa 3 times and every time there was only me enjoying the whole place 4. Nice decorated and well equipped gym — it's not the best I've ever seen in a hotel, but it's definitely one of top 3 with the best view and decor 5. Free parking and very friendly hotel staff to take care of you Before we went there, I was complaining about the price we paid because honestly it was pricey. But after we got there and spent the first night, I immediately changed my opinion and believed it was a great deal because you get to enjoy everything mentioned above, and the city of Merano has lots of to see, to do, and shop. You won't get bored at all and will enjoy the nice weather and great view there!

Hotel in a central Location, you can walk in 5 Minutes in the City center. The Rooms for the Spa Are a bit noisy. The Rooftop spa is great, as is the Use of the Spa. The Food and also the Service corresponds to the four Stars.

Very nice place for visiting the town, great Spa area, great breakfast, and bar area very welcoming, location is perfect! Will comeback many times to this hotel!

Very elegant and well maintained, friendly staff, beautiful the internal baths and the spa, very convenient parking and tunnel to access the public baths. The only "Pecca" the restaurant that, albeit with a buffet and a very rich menu, proposes first and second with combinations not exactly convincing…

The hotel was very skyspa. I was a little disappointed with the spa downstairs… too small for a hotel with many guests. The restaurant was great.

Guests for a few days, we can say that we have spent wonderful days, spoiled by the courtesy of the staff, the excellent cuisine, the combination of comforts that the Hotel has offered. Wonderful indoor and outdoor thermal pools, care of even small details that made us appreciate the environment (like a cup of tea between a swim and a moment of relaxation). In conclusion, a great environment that we are still going to attend. Good job to all the staff and a thank you heard Ferdinand Ibanez and Rana.

The hotel is very nice and the spa on the fourth floor new and Nice. We have to say for two things: there was a problem at the pools and the water was cold. Upon check out we were dumped with a simple ' there was no problem '. In more we asked at checkout if we could take advantage of the spa for a few hours before departure and we were denied. With the price of the rooms we were not absolutely satisfied.

New Spa in Dachgeschass — Extra class, hotel also extravagantly furnished and centrally located.

I have been only in the bar to meet my boss that was there on holyday, I think that the atmosphere is nice, there was a piano playing in the background and the waiter was polite, the cocktail he prepared was really tasty.

Nice hotel, all friendly and professional. Very good food. The SPA is beautiful and the connection with the Spas of Merano are an exceptional plus. I recommend the visit. In December then, with the Christmas markets, it is the best choice.

I don't feel like giving more to this complex although I have purchased one of the most expensive packages. There is no point in having a nice structure if you then enforce schedules that do not allow you to enjoy what you purchased. I recommend a little less appearance and more substance is flexibility. The restaurant then is almost just appearance. Poor quality and very long waiting. You forget or even bring things. For the price they ask they can still improve a lot in my opinion. I consider them therefore not convenient. Too bad.

Great Location in the centre of the city The Hotel offers several conference rooms, in a very elegant and well cared-for environment. The hotel is also connected under with a tunnel to the spa to be able to access directly.

Very modern Hotel, beautiful and welcoming, with excellent spa and two wellness centres. Offers free admission to the adjacent Terme di Merano. View from the rooftop pool spectacular. Exceptional cuisine x menu, service and location, excellent and varied dishes. It deserves 5 stars! Not to be missed… but of course… dearest!

The hotel on the square in Merano. Very lovingly and lavishly expanded — the wellness oasis and the roof top pool landscape. Fantastic stay with very good food and service!

Our expectations were exceeded. The hotel offers a high level of service in all areas. Pleasant atmosphere allows a relaxed stay in the midst of Merano. Also in the restaurant area are designed for above-average quality.

Perfect wellness holiday in the Centre of Meran! Recommended also the very good Küche… stets friendly staff. The direct access to the Spa is very convenient.

Perfect in combination with the thermal springs. A bit pricey and hard to find place. For spa weekend "is his death"

I can only recommend… in the best Central location where you can really have everything that you need in the near… was now about 7 times in this Hotel and it was always everything in the best order.

Gorgeous. I spent Christmas in 2010. A dream, really. I hope someday to return. Professional and prepared, the spa pool beautiful and super organized. Merano then is a great little town. Clean, friendly people, magical at Christmas time.

Great relaxation and excellent cuisine.

A comfortable hotel in the heart of Merano. Almost opposite the town centre, the spa and the Kurhaus, the mountains in the background. The situation is so beautiful and offers a starting point for many activities. The rooms (baths) are modern and comfortably furnished (beds and other furniture). Bathrobe, towels and bag and slippers are provided. In the hotel's own indoor and outdoor swimming pool or in the Spa, which is connected via an underground tunnel with the hotel is swimming. The tickets were for our stays in the price included. There are also other treatments which you can book in advance or on the spot to. The breakfast buffet is really cool, there was everything the heart desires (even up to 11 00 Watch). We have not tested the half-board because these multiple course menus are not really our thing. Wi-Fi in the room + parking lot we had to pay another extra and not too little, now include it but seemingly to the price, what I am very in favour. Service and staff very good, but some things better still. Star of mine 4 + (with potential for 5).

Great hotel in a central location, the staff are very obliging and professional, the facilities of the hotel is unique and the best is the underground tunnel that leads from the hotel to the Spa.
